Enjoy your days swimming and playing in the stunning heated pool and spa, or simply relax with a book in one of the comfortable lounge chairs on the lanai. Prepare your favorite BBQ dinners on the grill and, in the evenings, indulge in a glass of wine or beer while watching Florida's renowned sunsets. It truly doesn't get much better.

Surfside Villa's outdoor living is unmatched, but the interior is equally impressive. The house is spacious and modern, yet warm and inviting. With its tasteful furnishings and pleasing decor, you will feel happy and welcome, whether you’re enjoying a movie night, a game night, or a family gathering.

The high-quality kitchen is fully stocked and ready for any culinary adventure. Its open floor plan allows you to entertain guests without missing any festivities while preparing meals.

The split floor plan offers additional privacy. The expansive master suite, with a king-size bed and access to the pool area, includes a large walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom featuring an oversized walk-in shower, separate soaker bathtub, and dual sinks.

The second guest bedroom, also with a king-size bed and pool access, shares a bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. The third guest bedroom features a queen-size bed and a large walk-in closet, while the fourth guest bedroom is furnished with two twin-size beds. The third guest bathroom includes a walk-in shower.

Three of the bedrooms are equipped with TVs, and the fourth bedroom has a wall projector for watching your favorite shows.

Surfside Villa is situated in a peaceful neighborhood, yet conveniently close to shopping and restaurants. Nearby amenities include a Publix grocery store, Walgreens, numerous restaurants, a gas station, fast food joints, banks, and a walk-in clinic. A short drive takes you to Cape Harbour, featuring great restaurants, a boardwalk, bars, shops, live music, and more. Downtown Cape Coral, with additional restaurants, a bowling alley, a movie theatre, and a farmers’ market, is just 15 minutes away. Fort Myers Beach is about a 30-minute drive, and Sanibel Island or Captiva Island can be reached in about 40 minutes.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive use of the entire house and will not need to share any spaces. Access to the house is provided via a code on the day of arrival.
Other things to note
Our nightly rates include full electricity, with no additional fees. The garage and a locked owner’s closet are not accessible to renters. The front door is equipped with a Nest doorbell.

The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and must be present during the booked stay.
