Centrally located between Fort Myers and miles of island beaches, we're a 5-min drive to lots of great food & drinks. 20 Minutes to the Sanibel Causewasy Beaches!!! 3 bedrooms offer a King, Queen and Two Queen Bunk Beds (with XL twin Trundle), plus den with sleeper sofa, with 2 large bathrooms; sleeps 10. Totally renovated in 2018 and never before listed on VRBO - come live the dream! When you’re our guest at the Coral Dream House, we want you to share everything we love about Cape Coral - sunshine, fun, and all the luxuries you deserve! Our guests know the best way not to miss out on the greatest activities, food and beaches is to stay with a real home host, not a faceless management company - we’re so excited to tell you our favorite places so you can enjoy every minute of your visit!

To maximize sunshine, our house faces south with the master suite and other bedrooms separated by the semi-open living area (you can watch the sun rise and set from almost every room!). The master bedroom has a King bed, TV, and sliding doors that lead to the lanai. The en-suite granite and tile master bathroom has double sinks, gorgeous light, and includes his and hers spa robes. On the other side of the house, the second bedroom has a Queen bed, TV and sliding doors to the screen-enclosed pool area. The 3rd bedroom is connected through the Jack and Jill bathroom, and includes 4 Twin beds (bunked 2-by-2) and a TV. We also have a brand new (spring 2019) sleeper sofa in the den.

Our large granite and stainless kitchen is fully stocked for cooking at home, including not just plenty of cookware and dishware, but also a Keurig coffee maker, Vitamix, and Breville tea maker. The kitchen opens onto the huge living room with high ceilings and sliding doors out to the pool area! High quality leather furniture and comfortable upscale decor make any time you spend inside a pleasure. The dining room and den are at the front of the house, making it easy to enjoy different activities even with a larger group.

The Coral Dream House isn’t a hastily assembled Cape Coral vacation rental - it’s a home with everything you need to get outside and have fun! We have 2 bikes for you to use, 4 kayaks, 8 backpack chairs (perfect for the beach), 2 sturdy umbrellas, high quality lounge chairs and outdoor dining furniture, cooler bags, fishing poles, an outdoor barbecue, a huge dock - and we try to order perfect weather whenever we have guests. :) (Temperatures range from 75F (25C) during the day and 55F (14C) at night December-February to 90F (33C) during the day and 70F (24C) at night during the summer.)

We provide high quality linens and lots of towels (10 bath sets and 12 beach towels!). You’ll also find consumables to get you started so the store doesn’t need to be your first stop! We leave enough shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. for your first day - we know many guests prefer to choose their own brands after that. Grocery stores and specialty markets (fresh seafood!) are just a short drive to Cape Coral Parkway.

While we encourage guests to park their boats at our huge dock, the electric boat lift is prone to damage, so guests cannot use the lift for large boats. The manual kayak lift is fine to use – paddling around the river is a great way to see the area!

Boat rentals can be fraught with surprise charges and hassles, so we've developed a relationship with a reliable boat rental company, Blue Coral Boat Rental. They're friendly and transparent, and provide training to beginners for a reasonable fee (required for beginners to rent).

Jeroen from Blue Coral Boat Rental is your captain. We have a great relationship and special discounted rates. Additionally there is no instruction cost for boaters with experience. There are 4 monitored security cameras on the premises; 2 are in the front of the home facing the driveway, one is on the side toward the pool equipment and the other is located in the back in the eave of the on the dock. No external private areas of the home are covered. The Arlo doorbell is located at the front entrance facing the front walkway and does monitor the front door activity. "We use Arlo cameras that cannot be shut down or turned off. All external cameras are disclosed in our descriptions and intended only for the safety of the home itself as well as all guests who stay there.” Upon arrival we may count the number of guests entering the home and ensure occupancy limits are being followed; just as a personal greeter would do. Cameras are not viewed while guests are vacationing at the home unless as follows: 1. We are expecting service providers, which guests would also be made aware 2. We receive any messages from neighbors about excessive noise, too many vehicles or pets on the property. Cameras are in place for our guest’s security as well as the security of our home.
