Other Things to Note:

✅ Pool heating fee (same for all properties): $50 for reservations 3 days or less, plus $10 per day for each day over 3 days (added on top of the $50). Please request heat in advance so it has time to warm.

✅ Pets: Dogs are welcome (any size). No cats. $50 per pet. Pets must be housebroken and kept off furniture/beds.

✅ VRBO deposit: A $500 deposit is required at the time of booking for VRBO reservations.

✅ No events/parties (quiet enjoyment only)

✅ No smoking inside the home

✅ Pool safety: No lifeguard on duty — supervise children near water at all times

✅ Trash day: Please place the garbage can on the curb for Monday morning pickup

✅ Checkout basics help everyone: start the dishwasher, gather used towels, take out trash, lights off, doors locked
