Located in the highly desirable Rose Garden of Cape Coral, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront home is a
short walk to restaurants, shopping, boat rentals and Gulf breezes at Tarpon Point Marina.
The spacious 1850 square foot open concept design features higher-end finishes, new furniture,
appliances and southern exposure pool/lanai overlooking a private water reserve offering beautiful red
sunsets.
Nearby explore the Rotary Park Environmental Center walking trails and a boardwalk with an
observation tower providing views of the Gulf of Mexico. In addition, golf courses, SWFL International
Airport, Sanibel Island and Ft. Myers Beach are less than 30 minutes away.
The Villa Rose is completely furnished with all the comforts of home including two bikes. All you need is
a swimsuit.
Sleeps up to four. Sorry, no pets.
Security Cameras on sight at front of the home and on west side of the home. This is for security of your entrance and to observe pool equipment.

An dieser Villa war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Die Lage des Hauses ist super (ruhig, mit Blick auf einen kleinen Teich, in der Nähe eines sehr guten Restaurants). Die Ausstattung in dem Haus ist sehr hochwertig und modern. Es ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.Der Pool war sehr schön und das Wasser warm (im Dezember).Die Betreuung durch Cindy fanden wir ebenfalls hervorragend. Die Kommunikation vor der Anreise und während des Aufenthalts war perfekt. Die Schlüsselübergabe reibungslos und die Abreise unkompliziert.Wir würden diese Villa jederzeit wieder buchen und können diese uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

This is such a great relaxing place!!

We had a great time this house! It is just perfect ,very clean and has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Comfortable beds and the neighborhood was beautiful and quiet !we had a great time there highly recommended!

Lovely Villa

We loved our stay in The Villa Rose and were sad when it was time to leave. The villa is nicely appointed with quality appliances, fixtures and fittings throughout; every room is well equipped and comfortable. It is a very well maintained Villa, spotlessly clean inside and around the pool, gardens etc. The Villa is situated in a lovely neighbourhood close to beaches, the Marina and down town Cape Coral. Our host Cindy was great. We travel to Cape Coral frequently; we have never stayed in a villa twice, this villa is the exception as we are looking to re-book and return next year.

Super schönes Haus alles da was man braucht um ein paar ruhige Tage zu genießen

Super. Haus mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Da es eine sehr ruhige Umgebung ist und sich nicht in Strand Nähe befindet (Pool hat uns gereicht) sollte man sich was anderes suchen wenn man beachfeeling sucht.

Excellent home for a vacation

Great location, villa clean as described and just like the photos. Furniture and fixtures are all good quality and modern. Villa is well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great vacation. Pool area is clean with plenty of seating and sunloungers. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect Vacation

This property is amazing!! The house has everything you would need. All appliances were clean and the house was ready when we arrived. The pool was perfect every afternoon. The beds were soft, furniture was comfy and the house is very clean throughout. We had the best week!!

Great property but property management lacking

The property was great! Very clean and well appointed. However, the pool temp was cold. Emailed the property manager and never got a response. Very disappointed that we were unable to use the pool, which was one of the reasons we chose this property. Also, the water to the master shower was barely warm at best. Could have been rectified if property manager had responded.

Great vacation home

Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, great location, and a private pool. We enjoyed staying here. Check-in/out was easy. Plenty to do nearby (Pine Island, Sanibel, Naples, etc). There was a well-stocked kitchen, bikes, nice neighborhood for morning walks. Would definitely stay here again.

Einfach fantastisch

Das Haus war wirklich der Wahnsinn. Es war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Viele sehr hochwertige Möbel und Equipment. Einen sehr tollen Pool mit einer super Aussicht. Alles in allem können wir das Haus nur weiter empfehlen und würden es sofort wieder buchen.

Modern and Very clean

We loved this property and the location. Perfect for relaxing and traveling to the surrounding areas. We chose the house because of the up to date interior and the impression of being well maintained and that it seemed to have everything we need for a perfect stay. And I did not disappoint us! Communication and check-in /-out was excellent.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

The home was beautiful with all the amenities one could ask for. My family and I had the best time at this property! It was extremely clean and had everything we could have possibly needed. The location is perfect for relaxing, but also close to town if you wanted to stay busy. The check-in/check-out process was extremely easy and smooth as well. We would definitely rent this property again and would recommend to family/friends!

Literal Perfection

I’ve rented a few houses over the years but this property is the best I’ve ever rented, by far, and there isn’t a close 2nd. The house its amazing and the pool is out of this world. Not only is the house great, but the neighborhood and city of Cape Coral are awesome as well. If you’re deciding between this property and another one, the decision is easy. I’m already trying to find a way to get back to this house as soon as possible. Hoping to be back soon!!

Beautiful home

I rented this home for my mother, fiancé and my 4 year old daughter for 8 days. It was perfect! The pool was amazing, at night it was nice and warm. It had all the basic necessities and was close to Publix. The neighborhood was quiet. The owner is very responsive. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for sharing your home 😊

Exceptional rental for our family vacation!

This beautiful home was perfect for our family vacation to Cape Coral! The pool was perfect temperature for swimming anytime of the day and the house provided all of the amenities we needed and then some. Highly recommend!

Nice house, beautiful neighborhood!

Beautiful neighborhood, far from "hustle and bustle of a city", yet close enough to everything you may need on your stay. Nice, clean, big house, beautiful pool area, towels and linens of an excellent quality. Everything well thought through and organized. Great value for the money. The house does need some updates but I was told that that is coming soon so I am excited to see some pictures in the future. I will follow up on VRBO. Great place, great owners, can recommend it to everyone!

Very relaxing time!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property in Florida! We spent a large amount of time at the house and it was very relaxing! It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we needed to cook and spend family time on vacation. We would definitely come back to this house in the future! I recommend it to anyone. We had a great experience!
