As you enter, you'll be greeted by an airy, coastal-themed, open floor plan with 12-foot ceilings and an electric fireplace. Enjoy the gracious entertaining space that flows seamlessly from indoors to outdoors via the sliding glass doors, flooding the home with plenty of natural light. Work remotely at the desk in the den which doubles as a fourth bedroom using the plush sofa bed. Smart TVs with streaming apps are available to keep you entertained during your stay. Prepare delicious meals or snacks on the go in the well-equipped, island kitchen complete with all the essentials including a dishwasher, pot filler, wine fridge, quartz countertops with waterfall edges, stainless steel appliances, and a gas cooktop. Back outside, you will have the perfect outdoor space to enjoy the Florida sunshine and breezes. Fire up the grill and catch the big game on the 65' outdoor TV from the sparkling infinity pool and spa with your favorite drink in-hand.

For sleeping options, both the primary bedroom and the VIP second bedroom enjoy their own en suite baths. The primary bedroom has a spa-like rain shower and gorgeous soaking tub along with direct access to the pool and spa.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
