Lazy Daze - 5 Bedroom, Sofa Bed-3.5 Bath-Private House-Heated Pool-Waterfront

Welcome to our "Lazy Daze" Vacation Home! Our 5 Bedroom plus convertible Sofa room, heated pool home located in SW Cape Coral on a freshwater Canal and convenient access to restaurants, white sandy beaches, marinas, shopping, golf courses & so much more.
The heated pool (during winter months) overlooks the freshwater canal and is a quite relaxing area. There is a pool bath, a BBQ Grill (Propane) as well. You can fish from the back yard dock, rent kayaks to go through the canals or just take a dip in the pool!
The kitchen is on the ground floor and has everything you should need for a perfect vacation, including a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender and microwave. The dining area seat’s 8, there is a highchair, and patio dining can seat 6.
The master bedroom located upstairs has a king-size bed, baby crib, desk, Roku TV, and an on-suite master bath with a soaking tub and shower. The next bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and Roku TV, the living room is also upstairs in the center of the house and offers a Roku TV and board games, the other two bedrooms have both a queen bed and Roko TV, one bedroom has a desk. The ground floor bedroom has a queen bed, Roku TV and on-suite bath with shower and sliders doors to the patio. The Sofa room (Pull out Sofa) is also located on the ground floor by the kitchen, has a Roku TV and can be closed with a curtain partition for privacy, making it the perfect home for family vacations.

Comfortable with a great location

The house is large, plenty of room for a large family or multiple families. Great location. Has all the amenities you need in kitchen. Pool was used daily with no issues. We left a few pool toys behind for the next guests. Good neighborhood with nice neighbors. The place could use some updates but that’s a matter of personal opinion. Would look into Ross to book in future!

A week in Cape Coral.

The house was as advertised. No surprises. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We loved the pool and the canal. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Short Thanksgiving stay and Basketball games!

Great location form Sun Coast Arena, shopping, eating. House was as described. Great size for our family. Roomy enough for the 2 two year old grandchildren to run around and play. Lots of black spiders by the pool prevented us from using the pool. Also seen a few bugs in the kitchen that I would had prefer not to had to deal with. But hot shot took care of that problem for the most part. I would definitely stay again if Im ever down in this area!!

We really enjoyed our stay at your property. Everything was really nice and cozy. The children really enjoyed the pool and they actually saw. I don’t know if it was an iguana maybe or some sort of lizard and they took pictures and were very excited about it. All of the shopping we did was not too far away, so we were very pleased with that. We even went to the Walmart a few times. Nice house, good location

The property had everything that we needed for our stay - we had 8 adults in our family group. The listing was accurate in terms of the property, location and its amenities - i.e. swimming pool, A/c, beds, BBQ, wifi, kitchen appliances, towels, etc, etc. Another good point was that the kitchen was well equipped and the owners/previous occupiers had kindly supplied some basic items - coffee, bin liners, dishwasher tabs, etc which we replenished. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. The only negative observations were that we felt it could do with some updating in terms of decor/bathrooms/sunbeds, and that the swimming pool is great (nice and deep), but there is not much space around it for sunbathing. However, the property is very competitively priced given its size and space - which is a real plus.

Overall the property was just what we needed, perfect for 9 adults. Clean, comfortable beds, easy check in/out process and a lot of kitchen items. We had everything we needed and more. In the listing, they do say they are working on updates, so i imagine these items are being addressed. The only areas I noticed that needed attention was the pool area & lounge chairs would benefit from power washing and the soffits needing replaced. Birds are going in at the master bedroom soffit and you can hear the birds in the attic flapping their wings and chirping in the mornings. In the afternoon, you could see the birds going in the open soffit with grass, etc to make a nest. That should probably be addressed before the birds cause damage. There were bikes, fishing poles (we added another so there are 3 poles), plenty of pool toys, cooler, beach chairs, beach towels. Wonderful home and I would rent again. We also saw a 5 foot iguana sunbathing on the dock! Great place and close to a lot of the things we wanted to experience in Florida.

Family and Friend Vacation

We really liked this property. Great layout for privacy for each room. We mainly used the kitchen and pool area for gathering, but the upstairs living room was a nice area if you wanted 2 seperate conversations. Our adult kids had fun with some of the games that were there and had us laughing until our stomachs hurt! There weren't any sheets for the pullout couch, but we had some delivered promptly. Plenty of towels and kitchen necessities. I would recommend this house to other large groups.

Family Vacation

Overall, the property suited our needs. Good location, all the amenities we were looking for. Everything was clean and in working order. All our needs from Pots and Pans to towels were available. The only 2 drawbacks were the layout of the house (kind of a weird layout) and the property definitely needed some updating, especially the outside pool area.

Great Time

We stayed at this property for our annual family beach trip. It had plenty of space for each family to be comfortable. We loved the pool and the doc on the canal. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware.

Summer vacation

The place was really great and the rooms fit everyone in our party. The pool was very nice and fun place to hang out at. There were beach chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and condiments. Overall great stay

Vorsicht vor Reinfall!!! Besser Finger weg!!!

Wir machen seit 30 Jahren Urlaub mit der Familie (3 Generationen). In dieser Zeit ist uns keine schlechtere Unkunft untergekommen. Viele Unfallgefahren (gerade für Kinder), schmutzig, muffig und in keinster Weise übereinstimmend mit dem Internet-Auftritt. Der Kühlschrank war noch gefüllt mit Resten unserer Vormieter. Im ganzen Haus gab es Betontreppen (blau angestrichen). TV funktionierte nicht, Möbel kaputt und aus den 60ern Verdunkelungen waren kaputt, Matratzen durchgelesen, Bettzeug befleckt. Wir waren 1Std. in dem "Horrorhaus" und sind dann in eine andere Unterkunft gezogen. Die "Verwaltung" und auch der Besitzer waren total unkooperativ. Schaut Euch erstmal per Zoom die Bilder an....wir sind total enttäuscht. Den Muffgeruch hatten wir noch einige Tage in der Nase und die Enttäuschung werden wir noch lange verarbeiten.

Large 2 story split level home

I thought it was good as everyone had their own bedroom. I loved that the kitchen was on the ground level so we didn't have to do all the stairs when bringing in groceries. The only negative was the pool said it was starting heated but since it's on the north side of the house doesn't get enough sun to be real warm.

Great Vacation Getaway

We had a great time! This home is clean, priced well and offers enough space for everyone! We REALLY enjoyed that the check in / out process was sooooo simple and didn't require having to take time out of your vacation to schedule a time to meet with someone, as we've had to do with other rentals; all we had to do was walk in / out!

Beautiful with Bedrooms!

We had a fantastic time staying at this property. Plenty of space, (5 bedrooms!) and beautiful bathrooms. The pool was crystal clear and a great location close to the local grocery and Walmart. Now it is obviously a rental, so definitely not in perfect condition but exactly what we needed to house 5 adults comfortably! Thank you for hosting us!

A wonderful family getaway!

My family and I visited Cape Coral to enjoy some warm sunny weather and really enjoyed staying at Lazy Daze! The house is roomy and set up well for large families or groups. The pool was a big hit, open kitchen for meal time and there’s a TV in each bedroom with a Roku. The house is centrally located to many area attractions, 30 mins to Ft Myers beach, 30 mins to Sanibel Island, there’s a grocery store less than 2 miles down the road and close to many great restaurants. There’s plenty of pool toys so you don’t need to pack any. We would come back and stay at this home again!

Beautiful place to stay!

We had a wonderful time! The house was gorgeous and clean! Our only issue was the trash bins were already full when we arrived on Saturday and trash pickup wasn’t until Wednesday according to the house book so by Wednesday with our large group we had a lot of trash. Then it wasn’t picked up Wednesday because the correct trash day was actually Tuesday!🥺 !!! The house managers were excellent to work with and always responded when messaged. I just felt terrible leaving so much trash. Very nice neighborhood!! We would stay again if available!
