Heated Pool, Bikes, Beach equipment and close to the bridges for baseball!!

This home is in Southeast Cape Coral. All the things you need are here- 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a heated pool and a 2 car garage!!

Just a short drive to Fort Myers bridge for proximity to baseball fields!

This wonderful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom property comfortably sleeps 5-6 and is the perfect location for baseball fans looking to be close to the action. But that's not all - the highlight of this property is the gorgeous heated pool, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or ballpark. With its modern amenities and prime location, this is the ultimate retreat for anyone seeking a getaway in the Sunshine State.

- we heat the pool to 87 degrees and it is on the timer of the filter so in the cold months the heater runs during the day but is off at night when the filter is off.
- we do ask the guests to leave the home as they found it
- we start you off with one roll of Toilet paper in each bathroom and one roll of Paper towels so you do not have to immediately go to the store.
- we leave a few laundry pods and ask that you launder the pool towels and towels before you leave. It is ok to leave your towels from that morning however the majority we do ask you you to have laundered before you depart.
-We ask you to remove your trash (our bins are located outside, to your left by the garage)

-We lovingly decorated our home and provided you with all amenities we reasonably could. You are welcome to use them all and enjoy yourself, but please leave them behind for others to enjoy as well. Please know, our ultimate goal is to provide you with an excellent experience during your well deserved vacation. Please take the time to read over our house rules carefully.

-Quiet hours are between 10 PM to 8:00 AM. You are welcome to enjoy the yard/pool but please be mindful of your noise level as sound travels far outdoors. Absolutely no outside music after 10p on the lanai's.

-Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside of the property. This includes any type of cigarette, cigar, pipe, vapor, and of course no illegal drugs, please.

-Our check-out time is 10 AM. Our cleaning crew generally needs the entire 5 hours to clean and sanitize the property properly and adhere to COVID-prevention cleaning protocols. Hence, our check-in time is 4 PM.

-Occasionally stuff breaks. We get it! Should you break anything more than a glass or a plate, please message us immediately so we can start the process of getting it fixed.
