Welcome to Coral Escape, your private waterfront retreat in beautiful Cape Coral, Florida— to be featured on HGTV!

This charming and family-friendly home was designed for relaxation, connection, and unforgettable memories. Whether you're traveling with a group, bringing the kids, or simply looking for a peaceful getaway, Coral Escape offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.

Inside, you'll find two spacious bedrooms along with multiple sleeping areas to accommodate up to 12 guests. The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed, smart TV, dresser, and direct access to a private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, and the bonus bunk room area includes a bunk bed with twin on top, twin on bottom, and a trundle—ideal for kids or extra guests. Two additional queen-size sleeper sofas & a twin sleeper sofa provide even more flexibility for larger groups.

The open living area is light-filled and welcoming, with large smart TVs, comfy seating, and space to relax and unwind. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, including a Keurig and drip coffee maker, cookware, blender, and family-friendly dishes and utensils. The updated bathroom features a full shower/tub combo, and a washer and dryer are available in the laundry room for your convenience.

Step outside to your own private tropical oasis. The heated pool features a tanning ledge and loungers—perfect for sunbathing or watching the kids splash around. The backyard opens up to a quiet canal where you’ll find a dock, a hammock for afternoon naps, and comfy chairs to sit and enjoy the sunset. A fire pit, propane grill, and 2 kayaks are available for use, along with bikes, pool floats, lifejackets, and cornhole boards.

Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered. Coral Escape is stocked with everything from a pack & play, highchair, kids’ dishes and utensils, to a stroller and plenty of toys. For beach days, we’ve also included chairs, umbrellas, toys, a wagon, and a cooler so you can easily pack up and go.

One of our favorite parts of this home is the easy boating access—it's a straight shot out to the Caloosahatchee River and Gulf of Mexico. We have boat rental companies, who can deliver a boat right to the dock in the backyard and get you all set up. Spend the day exploring sandbars around Sanibel, Captiva, or Fort Myers Beach, or rent a boat for your entire stay and make the most of your time on the water.

Guests have full access to the entire home, pool, dock, and all amenities throughout their stay. A personalized door code will be sent 24 hours before check-in, and our team is always just a message, call, or email away if you need anything during your visit.

We take great pride in keeping Coral Escape clean, cozy, and ready for your arrival. The home is thoroughly sanitized between each stay, and we’ve provided extras like a first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, and clear instructions to help ensure your safety and comfort.
