It’s a winner

The property was perfect for our family vacation. The owner is very organized and understands it’s all about the little things, from the labels on all the light switches to the well stocked kitchen. Clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and lanai, kayaking many times and a bike ride around the neighborhood. So many great restaurants. We had a wonderful time.

Just as stated all around

The house was as pictured. All was fine (one bicycle had chain off of it but didn't need it anyway). Isabella took care of our needs and kept in communication with us throughout. We plan on staying at same house next year. Why would you change when all was as explained and handled. Thanks to owners and Roeslen and vrbo.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT

I am always leery when doing a rental, BUT... this house is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! Clean, spacious, beautiful! The rooms are accessorized with all you need. The kitche is so clean, the bathrooms SO clean, the laundry room so clean. The pool is so big, so warm, so clean. The dock and tiki hut are fabulous! I dont really know how to explain it all... it was just an absolutely perfectly lovely home to stay in. I actually found myself thinking I was in my own home at one point, that is how comfortable I felt. I hate to give such a wonderful review in fear I wont be able to rent it for myself the next time I want to. lol. Dont pass this house up. You will love it!!

Very nice house in the canal.

Very modern and stocked. Beds were comfortable showers hot and everything worked as expected. We enjoyed the dock for relaxing and watching boats go past. Fish and birds were active. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to many restaurants and shopping. Would stay again

Super Nice Property

We enjoyed the every minute of our stay at this lovely home. Very clean and nicely decorated. The pool and the view were so nice, loved hearing the fish jumping and the sunset.

Near Perfect

This beautifully decorated, well equipped, and spacious home was near perfect! From early morning walks in the neighborhood to lunches on the dock and dinners on the lanai, we had a wonderful vacation. With three couples, we were each able to have a king bed and our own bathroom which was a priority and difficult to find. We enjoyed the pool, kayaks, biking and of course the Florida sunshine.

Quick getaway

This property was even lovelier in person! Beautiful, comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. If you enjoy nature you will have a front seat to enjoy the local wildlife. The house has every amenity.

Perfect Family Time

We are a family of 6 with four kids 13, 10, 8 and 7. This house was perfect for our family and was exactly as pictured on the listing. Things I loved about the house: -every room has its own bathroom. -the house was stocked with plenty of towels and beach towels. -there was so much to do: kayaking, bicycle riding, fishing, swimming… -there was a beach umbrella, beach chairs, coolers … all of the things you need but cannot travel in with. The location of the house was fantastic. There was Publix just around the corner from the house as well as a Dunkin Donuts and so many great restaurants. The Lobster Lady was our favorite restaurant, definitely make a reservation, it’s so worth it!! The beach is about 20 miles away but the drive is a little longer just depending on traffic. Our favorite beaches were on Sanibel Island. We preferred Tarpon Bay and Bowman Beach! We loved the area so much that we are considering a vacation home in this area. If your on the fence about booking, I strongly urge you to do it! You will not be disappointed.

Perfectly perfect

This property had everything we needed to disconnect from work and to reconnect to ourselves. Precious home with a wide open layout. The pool and the view from the lanai was stunning. We rode the bikes around the neighborhood to the playground with our 3 yo son. We kayaked through the canals, feed the fishes and watches the sunset like never before. I am so glad we chose Jenny and kevin’s property for our family vacation.

Villa Salty Shoreline

Located at the intersection of two canals, this wonderful property has great views along the extensive dock and walkway. The south facing pool maximizes tanning time and the hut provides escape from the sun while watching fish jump in the canal. The open concept living, dining, kitchen and lanai areas are a great gathering/entertaining space and the in-suite baths maximize privacy for guests. It is a 5-star property that is very well managed

Beautiful and relaxing

We loved our stay in this spacious and well-appointed home. It had everything we needed for the pool, beach and a well-stocked new kitchen. Home has comfortable beds and furniture, plenty of towels and an excellent layout that allows bright views of the canals and pool. We enjoyed playing the games and putting together puzzles as well. Communication with property manager was excellent. We loved the quiet neighborhood located close to a park and grocery store.
