Beautiful 10 days in the Cape. Well equipped home with everything you could possibly need. Very comfortable beds for sleeping. Great view on the canal! Had a wonderful stay!

There is so much I can say about this place. First of all, the host was very personable and easy to talk to anytime we had questions from the booking process, to the lead-up, to the actual stay. The biggest thing I would say is that it felt like this was someone's house and we were housesitting... not like it was a rental. This place has a really nice dock down by the canal that you can fish from (and there are quite a few different fish you can catch). There are iguanas to look for. We heard dolphins though we never actually saw them. The pool was clean and the kids loved it. There is a pack and play there as well as a baby gate and inflatable baby pool (gifted by us). We had a 1 year old and so that was a bit of an adventure but we made the best of it. My 12 yr old daughter caught a little lizard and that made her whole trip (it was safely let go back to his own business after we snapped a couple pictures). Plenty of chairs to lay out by the pool. Big and spacious inside the house. The layout is great. We loved the fact that the master was on the other side of the house from the 2 other bedrooms. The house had quite a few extras that you don't always find in rentals. Extra sheets, blankets, an absolute ton of towels, and paddleboards (which were also used and that was fun). There were enough dishwasher packs and sponges that we didn't have to buy any. Same with the laundry detergent/fabric softener. Great place!!!

It feels like a piece of heaven on earth! We always love staying here and the property owner is very responsive to any issues that may arise. We enjoyed it and look forward to staying here again!

Clean and Well Stocked Kitchen

We enjoyed our stay at this rental. It was very clean, offered a lot of storage options in the bedrooms & bathrooms and also had one of better stocked kitchens that we’ve encountered in rentals. As with most rentals, there were some things in need of repair/replacement but nothing that affected our stay. My only minor complaint would be to update the pool area photos online as I specifically looked for lounge chairs by the pool, which this shows, but it actually had gravity chairs instead. Overall, I would recommend this rental.

Beautiful spot on the canal

Great stay. Lots of sun, lounging in the pool area and watching boats go by on the canal. Family enjoyed it very much. Communication with the owner and property manager was outstanding. Fixed all of our issues in a timely fashion. Things to note: Some of the pool furniture was old and rusting, but the owner had several other chairs to use so it was not an issue. Outdoor BBQ grill needs to be replaced. I notified the owner and he plans to fix that issue. Upon arrival, we found some dirty areas. Property manager acknowledged and gave us a free cleaning in the middle of our stay. Great service!

Cape Coral Comfort

Stayed 2 weeks and felt like a home away from home. House was comfortable, well supplied and conveniently located. Pool was good , hot tub was better.... it was Jan. Communication with Brian was easy. We had no issues. Enjoyed fishing from dock. Would recommend researching this vrbo if in Cape Coral area

Nice place to stay

The house had everything we needed. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Restaurants and beaches are close and easy to get to. Recommend staying here.

Fun and beautiful canal home!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is just as described and is well equipped for guests! It is such a fun set up with easy access to the pool and hot tub. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The other two were adequate, but maybe not the greatest. We would have spent all of our time in the canal or in the pool if it was a little warmer. We would definitely stay here again!!

Paradise

This property was perfect for our family. The location is close to everything yet a quiet street. The neighbors gifted their children a karaoke machine so that was a bit noisy but otherwise it’s a very quiet and friendly street! The amenities were fantastic! Everything was super clean. The couch is also comfortable and nice. The beds are very comfortable. The pool is wonderful! The host was super responsive and friendly.

The property is in a great location, convenient to shopping, restaurants, Vegas type arcades and direct access to the river for fishing and boating. Communicating with Brian was always prompt and helpful. We would recommend this property for family or two couples holidays.

Love this place

This is our second time staying at this property. We love it! We visited family in this area. This house was perfect for our family. The pool and hot tub was perfect. The host is great at communicating with you. He took off an issue we had. I would recommend this property and we hope to stay here again in the future.

Cape Coral

We had a great time. The owner was wonderful to work with and the house was perfect. We enjoyed the pool/patio area and spent most of our time out there. Fishing from the dock was an adventure. We caught several catfish each night, along with 3 small crabs and had a visit from an alligator roughly 4 to 5 foot in length. We seen an abundance of wildlife this trip. Dolphins at Fort Myer and Sanibel Island. Sanibel Island and Fort Myer beaches are open in areas, but are still heavily damaged from hurricane Ian. Public beach access at both places had restrooms/changing areas. We enjoyed an evening pirate cruise and had amazing food at Pinchers, Twisted Crab, and several other restaurants in the area! We have been coming to Cape Coral for a few years and always enjoy the trip! Our stay here was perfect!

Felt like our home

What a Wonderful 5-Week Stay We Had!!!

Overall this rental was fantastic. Things that matter to us include: comfort (LR furniture, beds, outdoor furniture (table/chairs, lounge chairs), TV (nice size), water pressure, kitchen appliances/toaster/blender/coffee makers, etc . These things were all great. We loved the location of the rental itself. It wasn’t near any highways but was easy to get to and to get to other places. (if you know Cape Coral, the residential streets with all of the canals can be insane to navigate). Walmart and Publix were around the corner. Probably one of the best features of this house is the location on the canal system. This house is on one of the major channels that boats must use to get to the river. We loved watching the boat traffic and waving to all the friendly boaters. We spent mornings, afternoons, evenings in the lanai and made constant use of the pool and the spa. We had a few issues and the owner, Brian, was very responsive and followed through to make sure it was corrected. Honestly, there always seem to be a few wherever we go and the important thing to us is how the owner/property management handles it.

Great location with easy access to amenities

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great, loved having the canal for fishing and viewing, and the pool and spa for private enjoyment. House was close to groceries and dining and great for taking walks.
