Villa Liza is a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom property on a gulf access canal with an electric-heated pool. This home will sleep a maximum of 10 guests (including children) and will accommodate up 2 pets that do not exceed a combined weight of 35 lbs. (cats are not allowed). Wonderful experience! Perfect for our family to celebrate the holidays. Loved the pool and the view. Beautiful sunsets and manatees. The fire pit was a big hit, especially since the weather turned colder. Our contact, Ann, was quick to respond to any questions and was so helpful. Publix at the end of the street made the stay even more pleasant.

Family vacation

Great Family Vacation

This is a beautiful home with a great view and convenient location.. The house is very comfortable with pretty beach decor. We enjoyed fishing, relaxing by the pool, and watching wildlife on the canal. Grilled burgers and made s’mores one night. Took a few trips to Sanibel and Captiva. We rented a boat one day and went to Lighthouse Beach. On the way, we enjoyed riding through the canals. It was a fun, relaxing stay. There were also plenty of pool floats and toys in the outside storage box. We felt the house could have been cleaner when we arrived, and we would have liked a curtain or blinds or some kind of window covering on the front doors for privacy. Other than that we loved our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely Wonderful

My family of five stayed at this property and we had a wonderful time. The home was beautiful and the pool was amazing. The appliances were high quality and we had all the dishes and silverware we needed. The location is close to shopping and restaurants. We could not have booked a better location. The management company was very responsive and helpful too. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect escape

The property was amazing and spotless with more than enough amenities, the garage opener didn’t work but it wasn’t a big deal at all. The next day check in process was a bit weird because you have to be there to meet some ine from the management company, this is the first time that I had to meet face to face with a rental property but it was swift and the lady was basically there to see if you had any questions. The house was spotless and very modern. The views and the pool was wonderful. I will definitely come back to this house again.

Overall, this property was great! There were some minor maintenance things that need to be fixed, such as lights out, running toilet. The view from the pool and dock are amazing, would definitely visit again.

Beautiful place on the water

The house was beautiful. We had 6 guests staying there and 4 other family members who came over for a cookout. We were all very comfortable with plenty of space. We enjoyed the pool and BBQ as well as the water view. They had all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable. The location was also convenient to stores and restaurants. A couple of minor cleaning issues that could be improved were reported. Would definitely stay again.

Baseball Tournament Families

We stayed at Villa Liza for 6 nights while attending our older children’s baseball tournament. We were two families of four and Villa Liza fit our needs perfectly. When we were home the kids were in the pool or down at the dock, and there was plenty of space for everyone! We were close to a grocery store and a number of chain and locally owned restaurants.

Great Vacation

The house was perfect for our Easter Vacation. Plenty of space, comfy beds, and amazing location. We used the pool, fished off the dock, and enjoyed the fire pit every night. Great take out spots right near the place. Lobster Lady is a must try! Traffic was a little heavy but we didn’t mind. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you for everything!

Beautiful location

House was setup great with lots of windows looking out towards pool and water behind house. Pool was nice overlooking the water and good sitting areas around the pool. We also enjoyed riding the bikes that came with the house around the neighborhood. Location was really convienent with Publix right down the street to walk to.

Good vacation

All in all we had a good time on our family vacation. The house needs some minor repairs and starting to show its age. The boat dock is about to fall in. Rotten boards on deck. We called first night we were there and ask how we could get boat lift to go down being we had rented a boat and wanted to store it there. Also called about fire pit that wouldn’t stay running. Property owners was suppose to call us about these issues. Never received a call. Both gas tanks were empty when we arrived and we had to get them filled to use grill and fire pit(which didn’t work). We left the house cleaner than when we arrived. The pool also had an issue we didn’t even know about. We wondered why fountain quit working second day we were there. The pool guy came the day before we left and explained the pool was leaking. I understand everything can’t be perfect, but when you advertise all these amenities, that ought to be in good working order when you arrive.

Great property

It was just how it was described in the ad. It took us a while to find a place we felt comfortable with that had everything we needed. The reviews were great and the property was perfect. Pool, decor, canal-couldn't have asked for more. The service was great as well.

Great vacation!

We had a great time vacationing at this home. We were just planning a staycation away from home and this house provided everything we needed to just relax and enjoy our little family getaway. We spent a lot of time out in the lanai or out on the dock. Everything was clean and the furniture and beds were so comfortable. It was great to be able to take our dogs and they had lots of room to play inside and outside. I would definitely recommend this rental. The only negative was that we weren’t able to use the fire pit since it was broken the whole time we were up there. However, the property manager did come to the house quickly to assess the issue; it just wasn’t fixed in time for us to use it.

Great Place for a Weekend Stay! House has all the ammeneties.

Great escape! With COVID still around the house had all we needed to enjoy as a family, pool, canal with dock, fire pit for s’mores... large living room to enjoy family time.
