Welcome to the Coral Cabana! From the moment you arrive you will be amazed vacationing here. This private modern home offers 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, over 3000 sq. ft. of living space has an incredible spacious kitchen that is well equipped for preparing your favorite dish. Designer coffered lighted ceilings, plank tile floors throughout, and high-end appliances. Spacious family room with fireplace complimented by detailed vaulted ceilings. This open floor concept connects dining room and Living room with the kitchen and outdoor area.

The outdoor area offers a huge marble deck, cypress ceilings, & extensive landscaping, full outdoor kitchen w/ bar top (seating for 4), gas grill, pool bath and fridge alongside the almost 500 sq. ft. of Cabana Outdoor Living Room! Winter months, heated saltwater generated pool/sitting pool, and lounge area in pool.
Stream your favorite channels on the large flat screen TV in Living room, 3 bedrooms and patio, comfortable lounge chairs to soak up the sun, and a wonderful pool with 2 water lounge chairs, a sitting Pool and dining area for 6.
Let’s not forget to enjoy our awesome SW Florida Sunsets from this Western exposure patio.

The owner’s suite feels like a private retreat with a spa style walk-in shower and round soaking tub. Spacious bedrooms, owner’s suite has a king bed, the other bedrooms have a queen bed’s, 1 bedroom has a on suite bathroom and 2 with unique tray ceilings, comfortable beds for a great night’s sleep, and 2 bedroom has its own streaming flat screen TV.

Overall, good experience. We were disappointed the waterfall and fire pit never turned on which was the reason we selected this property over other options. Those features were promoted on their website but never worked. The home was adequately equipped with kitchen items, etc. Bath towels were old, with no extra blankets or pillows. Internet was spotty and dinning chairs wobbly with no tools to try and fix except scissors. Home was nice otherwise and outdoor area very nice. The outside could easily accommodate 6-8 outside. We’d likely choose this property again if the waterfall worked as advertised.

We had one plumbing issue with the sink, notified Caroline who contacted maintenance and the plumber. They could not come out until the day we were checking out so she came and fixed the issue herself! She was kind and professional, the home was OUTSTANDING!! Our children and their significant others are hoping to return soon with us!

The home was beautiful, we have family who live in the area and have stayed at many rentals but this one by far was our favorite!! We are already planning to return next year. The check in was easy, the kitchen was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The home was so beautifully decorated. The waterfall was a nice surprise!! The bed was comfortable, house felt very homey. We also appreciated that we could use the garage. We love the area it was located in, close to restaurants, grocery store, and ft Meyers beach.

Nice place

Generally a nice place with all amenities needed. Really comfortable master bed. Great outdoor lounge and grill.Waterfall at the pool was a little annoying as it made any outside communication impossible and could not be switched off.

Cape Coral Getaway

Communication with property manager and check in process was exceptional! Property manager went above and beyond to make sure the birthday celebration and surprise decorations were in place upon arrival. Property manager delivered on all requests. The house was laid out exactly as designed and the light show and waterfall was a nice added bonus. The neighborhood was quiet. We had no issues with neighbors. The house was furnished and had all amenities necessary for a wonderful stay. Easy access to restaurants and birthday activities throughout our stay.

Moth balls anyone ?

The house itself was beautiful. The moth ball smell not so much! Apparently somebody thought it would be a good idea to place mothballs in the house. I bring my pillows and bedding with me and I had to throw all of my very expensive pillows away.Getting the smell out of our clothing is still ongoing. I know this sounds dramatic, but I cannot stress enough how much this ruined this beautiful house. The management company was great, we had a separate issue with the air conditioner and they had somebody out that night. There was nothing they could do about the smell. We went and bought a bunch of candles and that made it somewhat bearable at least we thought, but after we left the house all of our belongings wreaked and the 10 hour drive home was smelly to say the least. This trip cost me a lot of money, and I am still dealing with trying to get the smell out. I was not offered any reimbursement for the smell. Had I have know the smell would permeant everything we brought we would have left immediately. In fact, my mom who has breast cancer was supposed to stay at the house for a couple of days, but had to leave after a couple of hours because she could not tolerate the smell. While the house was beautiful, knowing what I know now, I would have ran from this house as fast as I could.

Perfect Place to Relax

This house was very clean, comfortable, and modern. The pool and patio area was the perfect place to relax. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook a basic meal and there is a very nice gas grill if grilling is your thing. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently close to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and anything else you would need. This was the perfect place for a much needed long weekend getaway for my wife and I. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in SW Florida. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Family Get Away

This was a beautiful property, the house layout was great! The pool was warm and enjoyable. The location was perfect, close to a lot and nice neighborhood. A couple things that we wish were different, the sitting pool used to be a hot tub, and when I booked it, it did say spa in the write up, but it wasn’t a hot tub, it was the same temperature as the pool. Also, the a/c is suppose to be set at 78-80 degrees. This is not cool enough for my family, especially if we are sleeping. But all in all, it was a great house. We really enjoyed it.

Tolles Haus mit allem Komfort

Wir haben hier wunderschöne 12 Tage verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es gab sogar Pool Spielzeug. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, da wir Probleme mit dem Hauscode hatten.ich kann dieses Haus zu 100% weiter empfehlen!

This property location and stay exceeded our expectations

Our stay was wonderful the house was immaculate. The neighbors were helpful and kind ! Even with a little hurricane the beaches and location were great ! The pool was gorgeous and we loved the lanai (no mosquitos or critters ) the kitchen was well equipped and we loved the stove tops burners and the oven worked great as well . The decorations were simplistic yet very laid back modern and Florida vibes . We had the easiest time communicating with rossman (the business that manages the property) not only were they timely but they were also kind when we arrived an hour and a half early all the way from Missouri after a 16 hour drive with three kids they let us go ahead and check in since no one else was there still for a stay before us . Which was wonderful seeing as we were exauhsted and needed the rest. They also provided a few items for the beach and the fridge and freezer was large enough for groceries for the whole 8 days that we were there. We highly recommend !!!

Beautiful, well-furnished, but...

The house and pool area are beautiful, well furnished and comfortable. We are 5 women in our 70s and here is some wisdom from our demographic: the showers need grab bars and at least one toilet area should have one. There are very few towel racks.There should be a handrail somewhere on the shallow end of the pool. The tile around the pool is extremely slippery when wet. The primary bedroom needs additional outlets. The one near the sliding bathroom door is almost unusable. The pendant lights above the nightstands are useless. They can't be operated by a person in bed, the bulbs are painfully bright and they are hung at an angle useless for reading. These factors wouldn’t stop us from coming back but could be big problems for the less able-bodied.

It was our first visit to Cape Coral. The property was clean, and very well kept up. Had couple minor issues that Caroline was able to take care. Caroline was on top of any questions or issues we had without hesitation no matter how many times I messaged her. It was good working with her, and the management company. Would rent another property through this management company, and Caroline was the host. Caroline was going to look into the waterfall, and light show timing for pool being about a hour earlier than posted after our departure. Caroline was a great host, and would recommend her as a host for any future rentals. She called or messaged me periodically to see how our stay was going. Keep uo the good work Caroline!

Ein absoluter Traum!

Es hätte nicht besser sein können, tolle Lage, sensationelle Korrespondenz mit der Agentur, das Anwesen ist sehr sauber, es gab sogar kostenlose Poolspielsachen, Pflaster, Batterien usw. Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Bedingungslos weiter zu empfehlen!

A Perfect Vacation Spot

I can’t say enough great things about this property and my family’s experience working with the property manager. Every question we asked and request we made was promptly responded to. Caroline helped us out so much and ensured everything was ready for our arrival. The accommodations were in pristine condition and the amenities from the pool to the kitchen, living areas and master suite made the experience everything we wanted. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a high end experience and vacation.

Do not hesitate to book this wonderful home…it is exactly like photos but even more amazing in person! Extremely clean and the layout of the property could not have been better. Plenty of everything and and the location is near plenty of restaurants, boating, swimming, beaching, and relaxing. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely return.

Nice Place

The place was clean and in a great location. It was nice to have extra amenities in the kitchen. The beds are really firm. We would definitely book the place again if we ever come back to Cape Coral. We were pleased with our stay.
