Located in beautiful SW Cape Coral in a quiet tranquil neighborhood this sophisticated and tastefully furnished, beautifully decorated and well-stocked waterfront home provides everything you need for a perfect vacation the moment you walk thru the front door.

Start your days with a morning coffee poolside and watch the sun come up. Spend your days swimming and playing in the amazing heated pool and spa, take the kayaks for a spin, go down to the dock for some fishing, or just relax and read a book in one of the comfortable lounge chairs on the lanai. You and your family can take a ride in the neighborhood on any of the four bicycles in the garage. Make your favorite BBQ dinners on the grill and in the evenings indulge yourself with a glass of wine or beer and watch Florida’s famous and most beautiful sunsets. It really cannot get much better.

And not only is Casa Paraíso’s outdoor living the best. The house itself is staggering. It is spacious and modern, yet warm and friendly. With its tastefully furnishings and pleasing decorations it makes you feel happy and welcome and lets you enjoy happy movie evenings, game nights, or family gatherings should we ever have a rainy day.

The gorgeous high-quality kitchen is fully stocked and leaves nothing to be desired. It invites you to entertain your guests and thanks to the open floor plan, you will never feel like you are missing out on the festivities while preparing your family dinners.

The split floor plan provides additional privacy. The huge master suite has access to the pool area and is equipped with a king size bed. On your way to the master bath there is a large walk-in closet. The bathroom has an oversized walk-in shower and his and hers sinks.

The second guest bedroom has a queen size bed with access to the pool. It shares the pool bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. The third guest bedroom has a queen size bed with a large walk-in closet. The fourth guest bedroom has 2 twin size beds. The third guest bathroom has a bath tub.

Of course, all bedrooms have TVs.

Casa Paraíso is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, however, close to shopping and restaurants. You will find a Publix (grocery store), a Walgreens, numerous good restaurants, a gas station, fast food joints, banks, and a walk-in clinic with in a quick drive down the road. Down the street there is our beautiful Cape Harbour with its great restaurants, a little boardwalk, bars, shops, life music and more. Downtown Cape Coral with even more restaurants, a bowling alley, a movie theatre, a farmers market is a 15 minute drive from the house. Fort Myers beach is a 30 minute drive from the house and if you wanted to go explore Sanibel Island or Captiva Island it about a 40 minute drive.

Please note: Electricity is included in the nightly rate and parties are prohibited.
Guest access
You are renting the entire house and will not have to share any spaces. You will let yourself into the house with a code provided the day of arrival.

Other things to note
Our nightly rates include full electricity. No further fees will occur. Boat lift is not for use. There is a locked owner’s closet. There is a nest doorbell at the front door.

Signing guest must be at least 25 years old and must be present as a guest during the time booked.

No pet allowed.
