Welcome to Island Time…Relax and enjoy this spectacular waterfront home set up to immediately welcome you into south Florida paradise! The owners are seasoned vacation property providers and strive to make your vacation experience fantastic.

The home features a large open floor plan with Mater Bedroom Suite with four additional large bedrooms. Four of the five bedrooms feature King Size beds and one bedroom has two Full Size beds. All mattresses are high quality Sealy Performance PosturePedic to ensure everyone gets a good night sleep! Two of the King bedrooms have direct access to the screened private pool lanai area via sliding door. Please refer to the Floor Plan provided in the photos.

The home is fully furnished/outfitted for your stay and tastefully decorated in a South Florida Style with a main room 65” 4k UHD LED ROKU TV, free Wi-Fi throughout, Heated Saltwater Pool & Spa and brand new Stainless Steel Appliances. The kitchen is fully outfitted for meal preparation including a Blender, Mr Coffee 12 cup coffee maker, a Keurig, and an electric Kettle for Tea. A propane grill is located in the Lanai.

This modern open floor plan has 12' high ceilings and 9' sliding doors that completely open to the screened lanai/pool area expanding your living space. The open adjacent dining area has a 6’ sliding door that completely opens providing a totally open interactive living and entertaining space.

The dining area seats 8 at the main table with room for 6 more at the bar. The pool area features two seating areas accommodating large groups. The pool area also features lay-down loungers for relaxing & sunbathing that were added after the photos were taken.

The master bedroom suite offers a very large bedroom area, 43” LED TV, a large walk in closet and a spa-like bathroom with dual sinks, soaking tub and huge walk-through shower area. The Split floor plan offers 4 additional large guest bedrooms for everyone’s privacy and comfort. No one will have to sleep on a sofa bed in the living room in this large home!

This home has total of three (3) bathrooms. In addition to the large Master Bathroom each Guest bathroom offers large vanity, stool and shower. Each bedroom is set up with mirrored dressing/makeup area to accommodate larges groups preparing for a night out in Cape Coral.

This home comes with a private dock on a direct access canal to the Caloosahatchee River. Dock has 110 Power, 30a Twist Lock and Fresh Water Wash down. Just one high bridge (9'-3" mean clearance) and you're on your way to the Caloosahatchee River & Gulf of Mexico.

Bring you boat or rent one nearby and you can boat to many of the beautiful locations in the area...Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers. Paradise Boat Rentals can deliver a boat to the dock and will allow overnight rentals! You can boat to any of the water front restaurants and bars, boat to the beach, or simply enjoy the beautiful sights while cruising the open waters.

This home is conveniently located within minutes to the Downtown Cape Coral, The Yacht Club, great local bars, restaurants, shopping centers, grocery stores and popular destinations.

Cornhole and kayaks are available for guest use as well. We also have a High Chair and Pack-N-Play available by request.

We are constantly visiting and staying at our home, so there may be updates and enhancements that are not pictured or referenced in the description.

Booking Details:

*Occupants: Sleeps 12 in Beds (4 King Beds, 2 Full Size Beds). Names and ages of all occupants are be required on rental agreement-Minimum rental age is 28.

If possible, please begin your stay on a Saturday- most people book Saturday check-in with Saturday morning departure.

Accepted Payment Methods: a) credit card authorization, or b) Personal Check. Guest is responsible for any fees that apply.

HomeAway/VRBO charges me an international processing fee if applicable (2%). This fees will be deducted from your deposit if you are booking from overseas. The deposit is used for any damage to the home, additional fees and excessive electrical usage.

****Electrical Allowance is $9.50 per day (March thru Nov) and $11.50 per day (December thru February)- This should cover most rentals.

Dogs under 35lbs with prior approval at $15/night.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at “On Island Time”! Mike was wonderful to work with. He responded to messages very quickly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a great experience for our families. The kids spent many hours in the pool and we all enjoyed time relaxing in the spa! The house is set up perfect for 10-12 people. We had plenty of room for our 2 families, including 4 adults and 6 children. Having 3 bathrooms was also nice! We caught fish right off the dock in the canal and also rented a pontoon to fish other areas of the canal. We were sad when our time there ended! We highly recommend staying there! You’ll be very pleased with your decision!
