At The Coral House, you can start your morning with coffee overlooking the water, spend the afternoon floating in the private pool, and end the day soaking in the hot tub as the sun settles over the canal.



The private dock is a wonderful spot to slow down and enjoy the scenery. Watch white ibises wander along the water's edge and striped mullet leap from the canal, or settle in with a tropical drink and soak up the laid-back atmosphere. When you're ready for adventure, grab a kayak or paddleboard and glide along the winding waterways.



Boating enthusiasts will love the convenient canal access, just two turns from the Caloosahatchee River. Rent a boat, book a local fishing charter, or cruise the waterways in search of scenic views and waterfront dining. The surrounding waters offer plenty of opportunities to fish, explore, and enjoy the best of Southwest Florida from a different perspective.



Inside, sliding hideaway doors connect the dining room, primary bedroom, and den to the screened lanai, bringing the outdoors into your everyday living space. Open the doors to enjoy the fresh air and canal views while the screened pool enclosure helps keep unwanted pests out. Whether you're gathering for a meal, relaxing after a day on the water, or enjoying a quiet moment with a view, the home offers a comfortable setting for time together.



When you feel like exploring beyond the canal, Cape Coral's city center is approximately three miles away, with restaurants, shops, and local favorites to discover. Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island are also a short drive away, offering beautiful sandy beaches, Gulf views, and memorable day trips.



Your four-legged travel companion can join the fun, too—one dog weighing up to 50 pounds is welcome. Please note that the jet skis and boat lift are not available for guest use.

Pool & Spa Heating Terms & Conditions



Pool and spa heating are available for an additional fee of $32 per day, plus tax. Guests must contact VueStay at least 72 hours before arrival to request heating.



The pool is heated to a target temperature of 85°F, and the spa is heated to a target temperature of 102°F. These are desired temperatures, not guaranteed temperatures. Heating performance depends on outdoor weather conditions, and the pool and spa may not reach or maintain their target temperatures during periods of cold weather.



Pool Heating & Weather Conditions



The pool uses an electric heater that relies on outdoor air temperatures. Under favorable conditions, the heater can generally warm the pool to approximately 20°F above the outside air temperature. When outdoor temperatures drop to approximately 55°F or below, the heater may not operate effectively. During cold fronts and cooler periods, particularly from December through February, the pool may take longer to warm or may not reach or maintain 85°F.



Outdoor temperatures, overnight lows, wind, rain, and other weather conditions can affect heating performance. The spa also depends on the heater's operating conditions and may take longer to reach or maintain its 102°F target during colder weather.

Before Adding Pool & Spa Heat



We strongly recommend checking the Cape Coral weather forecast shortly before your stay before deciding whether to purchase heating. Although Southwest Florida is generally warm, cold fronts can bring significantly lower temperatures, especially from December through February, which may reduce heating performance.



Heating fees apply once the service has been requested, regardless of weather conditions or the temperatures ultimately reached. By requesting pool and spa heat, guests acknowledge that heating performance is weather-dependent and that neither the pool's 85°F target nor the spa's 102°F target is guaranteed.
