Villa Blue Water is a villa with a special flair and plenty of space, featuring four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The interior is bright and airy, and the rooms have exceptionally high ceilings.

The pool and terrace area is also comparatively large, with ample garden furniture. It's truly a place to relax and unwind.

Another special feature of this villa is its unique pool water treatment system.

For the treatment of the freshwater pool, liquid chlorine is not used. Instead, chlorine gas is generated via a salt electrolysis system and added to the pool water as needed through a special system.

As a result, the water is much gentler on the skin and generally does not cause skin irritation.

There are two large sun deck areas along the canal with panoramic views. How about enjoying a sundowner here at sunset?

Of course, there's also a boat dock, perfect for sunbathing or boat rentals.
