This was the 2nd time we have stayed here. We love the location, pool and hot tub are always a hit with the kids. Beautiful week of weather never hurts either.

Perfect for Young Families

Wow! This property had everything we needed for traveling with 2 young kids and our grandmother. The baby gate around the pool gave us much needed peace of mind. Caroline the property manager went above and beyond for us. She responded within minutes and made sure the baby gate was installed and ready for our arrival. This property had so many fun things for us to use and enjoy. The heated pool and hot tub were wonderful. We enjoyed fishing in the canal and driving to the beach. The garage had beach chairs, toys and umbrellas for us to use. The beds were comfortable and the property was clean. We can’t wait to come back!

Great house

House was awesome, pool and hot tub were fantastic. I have the house a 5 star because it is. But it could use some bushes or something on the hotub side of the house. There is no privacy when your in the pool to the house next door. Luckily the only people we seen we're working on the house. The only other thing is the shade looking out the master bedroom to the pool has a few issues. That needs fixed. Outside of the two small issues we loved it and lounged for a solid week. Great vacation

3 Week March Stay

We really enjoyed our 3 week stay in this spacious and well stocked home, with lots of extras. The kids were grateful to have lots of pool toys supplied, the hot tub worked very well (after a quick fix when a part on the heater broke), and we enjoyed fishing in the canal off the dock! There was also lots of wildlife to see in and around the canal - turtles, iguanas, otters, and lots of bird species. The location was excellent, making it very easy to drive to shopping, mini-golf, the waterpark, and restaurants. It was a bit noisy during the day with construction going on at the neighbours' houses as there is definitely still repairs going on from the aftermath of the hurricane. Overall, the house was clean in the high use areas. There were a few things that need attention: the blinds in the master bedroom do not fully close and are missing a few panels, and the blinds in the living room also do not fully close. The light and fan in the bedroom off of the kitchen were not working, and there were exposed wires on the back porch and master bathroom. We were never able to get the tv in the back bedroom to work. There is no electric grill as stated in the listing; propane would be nice! We never did find a garage door opener. I would strongly advise bringing your own pillow! Lots of sore necks from flat pillows that need replacing. We were also locked out of the house one day when the batteries on the electronic door opener died. A few small upgrades would make this house a 5 star stay!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is located in a nice neighborhood which made it great for walks. We enjoyed the nice pool and spa very much. We found the house was well stock with essentials. Don February 2023

Three generations

Perfect setup for my wife and I, our son and daughter in law and two grandchildren. Lots of room and we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Caroline answered all questions and made our planning easy.

Comfortable & Relaxing

Nice Cape Coral Home

We spent our Spring Break week at this Cape Coral house and we really appreciated all the extras we found! We brought our bike pump and used the 2 bicycles, enjoyed the pool toys and floaties, and the kitchen had pretty much anything one would need! Overall, it worked very well for our family!

Great Stay

Was everything we expected. There were a few things that needed attention but you except that when you rent a house.Great location quite .Only thing I wish is that a gas grill would be there. But we made do with a charcoal grill. Would book for next year but already booked.

Beautiful Well Stocked Home

We found the home beautiful and many accessories at hand for pool toys and cooking in the kitchen. It was our first time to this area of Florida and we wish we had stayed closer to the beach. Getting to the beach is well over 40 mins with crazy traffic and then no public beach availability with $30 parking fees and chair rental fees on the not public beach accesses. Our beach experiences on the east coast have been much easier to access and cheaper. The traffic in this neighborhood was very heavy takes forever to get anywhere very congested. When we got farther from the home we found traffic easier to navigate. Very upset that our last day in the home which was the only day above 80 degrees and not raining the pool cleaners showed up and dumped chemicals in the pool telling us we needed to stay out for 24 hours. Also informing us the pool had not been cleaned in 3 weeks so it was never cleaned prior to our arrival. Overall a nice home for a family especially if you want to just sit at the pool and not go anywhere, as long as they clean it

Very comfortable, clean home with pool and hot tub

We had a great, relaxing time at this home. Very spacious, great kitchen, and lots of amenities to enjoy. Pool and the hot tub were great! Right on the canal. Quiet neighborhood with access to many restaurants and activities. Would definitely return here if we get the chance to come back to CC again, while escaping Illinois.

Relaxing Fun and Wildlife

This property was just perfect for our family. There is so much room to spread out. Love the master the location is on the opposite side of the rest of the rooms. Everything you need will be at this house. We loved sitting out by the pool and also enjoyed the hot tub. Loved to go out to the dock area and saw so much activity from iguanas to turtles lots of birds. My mother in law has already booked the house for next February.

Friends Getaway

We enjoyed our week at the property. Loved sitting under the lanai or down by the canal to watch the sunrise and enjoy the morning sun. The house shades part of the pool for the sun of the day and the lanai does the same. We would've enjoyed a little more sun to soak up but regardless it was great weather and got great use of the pool and hot tub each day. The house was perfect for sleeping, relaxing and cooking in. It was easy to come and go from the property and the neighborhood was pleasant. We loved the ground owls down the road! We did not realize the third bathroom was outdoors by the pool so that was a little inconvenient since we had 3 couples anticipating having their own bathrooms, but we made it work. Great spot for a relaxing vacation.

Fires rate Florida experience

Very spacious accommodation and all on one level - great for this octogenerian couple. Worked well for our daughters families including teenage grandkids. Wonderful to have a pool and be located on a canal. Suggestions tho: good idea to replace/repair window blinds; washer and drier are teetering on breakdown - property is a bit long in the tooth and could use some sprucing up. None of this really interfered with our fun time.

Cape coral pool home

The home was clean and had all the necessary pots , dishes, etc supplied for a home rental. The pool was nice, but pool controller didn't work for controling the spa tub or lighting. The living room carpet and dining table chairs need a good shampoo cleaning. For the price the rental was a good value. Some extra cleaning, oven interior ,window ledges, painting would spruce it up.
