WELCOME TO BLU BREEZE
Blu Breeze is a 4 bedroom Cape Coral vacation rental built for families and friend groups who want a true Florida pool home on the water. The whole back of the house opens to a screened lanai, a private pool and a wide canal where the sunsets land right in your lap. Fish from the seawall, paddle the kayak, or just sit under the umbrellas on the designer outdoor couch and watch the water.

THE FUN STUFF
Out back there is a full sand volleyball court, a pool with a volleyball net, a waterfront lounge area and a kayak. Inside, the home was decorated to be photographed: a 14 foot flower wall in the living room, a red London telephone booth in one of the guest rooms, and a pink powder room that looks like it came straight out of a Barbie dream house. Bring your camera, your storage will fill up fast.

THE BEDROOMS
- Master: king bed, TV, walk in closet, private bath with soaking tub and walk in shower, sliders straight out to the pool
- Guest room with the telephone booth: king bed
- Modern white room: queen bed, shares a Jack and Jill bathroom
- Fourth bedroom: twin daybed, great for a kid or single traveler
All beds come with fresh linens and every bedroom has a ceiling fan.

THE LIVING SPACES
A living room and a family room with big screen TVs and an electric fireplace, a dining table for 8 by the sliders, a breakfast nook and a full kitchen with stainless appliances, granite island, coffee maker, dishwasher and everything you need to cook. There is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, and a keypad lock on the front door for easy self check in.

THE LOCATION
NE Cape Coral, 1 minute from Target and plenty of restaurants and shopping. About 20 minutes to downtown Fort Myers, about 40 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel, and about 30 minutes to RSW airport.

GOOD TO KNOW
- Pool heat is optional at $50 per day, please request it at least 24 hours before check in
- Pets are welcome, max 2, $100 per pet (please tell us before you book)
- Main renter must be 25 or older, no parties or events
- Outside security cameras must stay connected
- Flush toilet paper only, no wipes
- The volleyball court and pool are unfenced, please watch children at all times
