"Great spot to stay! Genuinely very happy with our experience. Extremely clean and accommodating. Plenty of space and complete privacy for a couples stay or a small family. Host has great attention to detail and offered helpful things like beach bag, beach towels, games, sunblock, commonly forgot items, etc. Really loved our stay! We used Uber to travel into downtown Cape Coral and to Fort Meyer Beach both an easy trip from the house!"

"Great location for our purposes, very clean, great owner communications, liked the first floor accessibility, quiet neighborhood. A couple issues with appliances that owner handled well, a little spartan in decorating. Overall very satisfied and would rent again."

"My now husband and i spent our honeymoon at this stay and we had a lovely time! place was clean and cozy, we pretty much got in the pool everyday that we stayed. Check in process was very easy and the bedroom was very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint, we visited many restaurants and a beach and everything was decently in the area! 10/10 would recommend for a lovely getaway, we plan on coming back whenever the opportunity presents itself."

"The property isn't as well kept up as in the past visits. The paver bricks need to be power washed. The grout between the pool tiles, around the perimeter of the pool, has mold. The pool could also use a hand rail installed for the aid and assistance of getting in and out. "I stayed for two weeks at the beginning of April while attending client meetings. It was perfect as a base, nice and clean, and quiet. The neighborhood was great to walk around in the evening. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped (hotplate, no stove) as I like to cook instead of going out to restaurants. Lots of grocery stores nearby.
