We didn’t realize how bad it was until the next day or we would have switched rooms or hotels that night when we arrived. "We have stayed there 5 or 6 times in the past. The first time we stayed there under the new ownership it was during that COVID MASK baloney, but it was noticeable how much effort they were putting into the place to make updates and new furniture, etc and how clean it was. We stayed in room 105 and noticed the tub/shower was needing a repair because in was like walking on a waterbed and very dangerous to keep your balance in it. Other than that it's a good place to stay."

"Heritage House is a simple but nice, newly renovated hotel. The rooms were spacious (including a kitchen area with microwave, fridge, and a lot of cupboard and counter space but unfortunately no lighting) Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The hotel is a short walk/bike ride/drive from the ferries, and a quick walk to Main St. for restaurants and bars. And Hyannis is a good base for exploring the rest of Cape COD.
