"Upon arrival Greg, the owner walked us to our room answered a few questions, you don't get that at a big hotel. The room was clean and spacious for the two of us. Grounds were very clean and the pool was clean and enjoyable. Nice touch to have coffee available in the morning along with nice pastries. We highly recommend and we will be going back."

"Where do I start. I was in doubt to book this hotel. I have stayed at Comfort in and Harbor hotels before. I would give this hotel ten stars if I could. Location; perfect. 8 min to Kennedy park walk .ferry not even two min walk. Main street 5 min walk Rooms:Very clean. Hard wood floors and not carpet. Bathroom very clean and spacious. Small kitchen with lots of cabinets and a fridge. Beds very comfortable. Very comfortable,friendly,quiet. Really don’t get fooled by other hotels advertisement...

"Pros: Owner has gone above and beyond in decor of room. So cute. Felt like inside a very well done guest room in a home. Spotlessly clean as well. As it is a motel, no stairs to climb. Luggage out of car and into room in a jiffy. Latest bath hardware adds extra flair. Owner very accommodating when arrived at 10 pm. Thank you!! Within walking distance of everything, especially Betty's Diner - a hidden gem. Cons: Sink could have drained a little better. Would like to see bath gel and hair shampoo...

"I was very dissatisfied with late check-in when I was there earlier in my room wasn't ready until 5:00 at night which means I couldn't use amenities like I planned on and it was a waste of my a day there, would I stay there again very unsure"

"Location made all the difference. Walk across one street to the beach ($25-$30 value), walk across the parking lot to excellent food (Skipper’s). The rooms and pool area were clean and nice. TV choices were great. Short drive to the grocery store and ample dining options. One hour drive to Provincetown. We loved our stay!"
