"Achei ótima localização, apenas 2 quadras da praia e do calçadão. Os funcionários são bem educados. A cama é bem grande e as instalações em geral são boas. Wi-fi e estacionamento grátis foram pontos positivos também. Pontos negativos: 1) - apesar de ter pedido quarto de não fumante, o cheiro de cigarro me parecia acentuado toda vez que entrava no quarto. 2) - quando precisei de gelo as 2 maquinas não funcionaram."

"The listing was clean and had everything we needed. Neighborhood was clean and quiet. Host was very responsive and accommodated our stay to our needs. We would recommend this listing to anyone and everyone. There’s a fire pit in the back yard, a deck with a charcoal grill, hot tub was amazing, and we didn’t see any bugs or roaches or creepy crawlers during our entire stay. Hot water and good water pressure!"

"Our group of 6 adults enjoyed a great stay at this property for a week. Close to the beach and other activities we had planned. We all had enough space for privacy and the large kitchen/dining area was excellent for making meals and playing board games. Sony, the host, was very responsive to a few questions and unforeseen incidents that occurred. My only "complaint" is that a burner on the stove does not work and the bottom rack of the dishwasher is missing a wheel and therefore does not roll...

"Was looking for a place to stay for myself along with a group of undergraduate students for participation in a competition at the nearby state park. This was a great spot, and the house layout made it easy for the students and I to have separate spaces."

"We enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautiful and check in went smoothly. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. Beach is within walking distance and downtown Norfolk and the boardwalk are a short drive. Host is responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend!"

"I really wanted to give this home a 5 star, as our issue/concern was honestly out of the owners hands. When we walked in, we were immediately disappointed with the strong odor of marijuana. Contact was made right away with the owner. She was very responsive, and also disappointed with our experience. We ended up going out to eat, and when we came back, we went upstairs to the bedroom. We shut the door, and opened the windows so we could sleep without the smell. Sadly, I feel like the odor...

"From the moment we walked in the location felt like a spa; quiet, low keyed atmosphere & relaxing. The perfect getaway for two adults. I would not recommend this location for families with children or pets. It’s definitely an oasis for couples."

"8 minute walk to the beach. Perfect space for family of 3 with a dog. 2017 Kia Sorento fit in garage with a roof top cargo container. Tight squeeze to get out of the car but the car fit. Yes there are jets frequently flying over but that’s what you get when booking in this area. Loved the space! Convenient location to all activities we did!"

"The carpet was filthy! The floors were so crooked and uneven I nearly fell upon entering the house. The front porch was falling apart and a real danger for anyone who carelessly leaned on the posts or screens - you could fall right out. The recessed lights and old AC units were falling out of the ceiling and the electrical outlets looked as if they had been on fire. The washer and dryer did not work and there was no outside trash can although we were instructed to put our trash in the outside...
