"Our family had a great vacation staying in this home. The location was on point- close enough to walk to the beach and boardwalk- yet also far enough away to be quiet. There were some instances where local dogs would come bark at us but it wasn’t too terrible. Cleaning crew gets an A, being clean is very important to us. Kitchen had all the cooking utensils, pots, and pans you need to cook your own meals. Overall- no major complaints and would recommend to friends. "

"Myself and 9 of my teammates spent 3 nights in this house. It was very clean and tidy. There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep and spend time together. The view of the lake was amazing and it was close to a beach and tons of great dinning. I would totally stay here again."

"The property was as advertised, neat, clean, and comfortable. The pool was also clean and we were lucky enough to use it several times.Also, if you like fishing and crabbing, my 11 year old son spent hours fishing and crabbing and was successful with both. He caught over 100 crab and kept about 30 for us to enjoy. (And we did)This is also a very quiet and secluded location and enjoyed the peace and quiet all week. "We had a great stay. Easy check in process. Home was clean and well equipped. We loved using the stand up paddle board and kayaks. Cape Charles has a great beach with easy parking, warm water, and minimal waves. Our dog had a great time playing in the water in the mornings. "
