The ‘Es Regaro’ villa is situated in the medieval town of Capdepera in the picturesque east of Mallorca. Here, you’ll be staying amongst the locals and can get a taste of everyday village life. Grocery shops, boutiques and cosy restaurants are all within easy walking distance of the house. Once a week, the village square is transformed into a market where local producers sell their produce.



The Mallorcan style is reflected in both the interior and exterior of the house. Terracotta floors, wooden beams and natural stone walls lend the property its distinctive charm. In the garden, you’ll find a saltwater swimming pool and a table tennis table. The lounge area on the roof terrace is the perfect spot for relaxing, offering a lovely view of the medieval castle. Thanks to the lockable entrance gate, the front courtyard also serves as a secure storage area for bicycles. Free parking for cars is available on the street in front of the house.



Several beautiful, high-quality beaches with crystal-clear blue water can be reached within a few minutes by car, Vespa or public transport. Within a 13 km radius, there are four charming golf courses of varying levels of difficulty. The region is also very popular with cyclists due to its varied routes. These range from easy, flat routes with magnificent views and along historic stretches of coastline to challenging mountain roads. The extensive network of walking trails, which leads from beaches through nature reserves to former railway lines, also makes the area an attractive destination for walking enthusiasts. In Cala Ratjada, about two kilometres from Capdepera, you’ll find numerous restaurants and bars, a wide range of shopping options and a lively nightlife. Those seeking a more cosmopolitan atmosphere should take a trip to the island’s international capital, Palma. You can reach Mallorca’s famous capital quickly and comfortably by express bus.



Capdepera offers a wide range of local festivals and events throughout the year. Easter is both a significant religious festival and a popular attraction. Colourful processions through Cala Ratjada and Capdepera are part of a long-standing tradition. Capdepera’s Medieval Festival (Mercat Medieval) takes place every year on the third weekend in May. During this time, the castle and the town are transformed into a lively medieval market with music, parades, performances and traditional market stalls. In July, Cala Ratjada celebrates the Virgen del Carmen, the patron saint of seafarers, with a traditional boat procession, concerts and other events. In August, local festivities take place in Capdepera and Cala Ratjada over a two-week period. Concerts, markets and sporting and cultural activities provide entertainment for all ages. In early October, the traditional Llampuga food fair takes place, focusing on regional dishes, tastings and various culinary events.
