For this rental, you will find:
On the ground floor, a living area with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living/dining room, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. Direct access to the semi-covered terrace where you can enjoy outdoor dining. A separate toilet is available.
Upstairs, two bedrooms are available: one very bright with a 140cm double bed facing south, and a second with trundle beds opposite. You will also find a renovated bathroom.
Please note that linens and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental. You can contact our agency for rates. Upon handing over the keys, two deposits will be required: one of €500 for the accommodation and one of €90 for the cleaning.
