"We had a wonderful time at Punta Palmera. The apartment is just like in the pictures. Spacious and confortable, we felt like home. The balcony is facing the pool and the sea, so the view is very nice. The bedrooms are huge and the kitchen is well equipped. The AC works very well. We will come back again ! Raphaelle B. "

"It was terrible because the place is in poor condition, it's like an abandoned condominium. There were fleas in the bed, the dirty walls of the ahua, the leaky water, that place should not be rented, a terrible experience, we left the next day"

Highly recommend this property, Nicole the administrator was always a message away to make sure we had no issues. Sadly weren’t able to use Claudia the cook, heard amazing things about her, will definitely be coming back in the future to this gorgeous place :)"

"The condo is beautifully decorated with murals and well laid out. The bed is the most comfortable I've ever slept in. My husband and I loved evenings on the balcony overlooking the Relaxing Pool.We stayed two weeks and had housekeeping in halfway through. Miguelina is a treasure. While we were out she even did our laundry, which we did not expect. Good restaurants within walking distance. "

"Our stay at Casa Gigi was absolute perfection. The home was spectacular. Amazing group areas be enjoy each others company, then large enough for us all to have privacy. The house is incredibly well built and beautifully appointed. The pool overlooking Punta Espada #5 was spectacular from morning coffee to evening swims. The host thought of every detail to make our stay better than any 5-star hotel. Recommend a golf cart, which is how you can experience all that Cap Cana has to offer. Would 100%...

"Muito bom All Inclusive. Buffet excelente. Restaurantes de especialidades poderiam ser melhores. Paguei pelo Club, mas não aproveitei como poderia. Não acho que vale a pena pagar pelo Club Guest. Nem os vinhos do All Inclusive são diferentes. E esse é um ponto que acho que deixa a desejar, os vinhos que compõem o All Inclusive são fracos, considerando o valor da diária. E mesmo na Club Suite não há diferença. Alimentação e bebidas no parque aquático é bem limitado. As piscinas do parque aquático apesar de serem boas para crianças, requerem atenção com bebes. Não tem prainha suave. Só na piscina principal da frente do hotel que tem. Pra quem tem que passar o dia lá cuidando de crianças, é um fator importante negativo. Pois se quer algo de bar, tem que ir até o outro lado do Hotel pra pegar. "
