"Very friendly staff. Would stay here again."

"Room was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Coffee and tea were provided in the mornings from 8-10, it would have been nice to have it longer or throughout the day. I was usually up well before 8 and it would have been nice to sit outside with my coffee. The best feature is the outside decks with a porch swing, glider and chairs for just watching and listening to the creek. We hope to stay there again."

"Trata-se de um Hotel simples, não tem luxo mas é confortável. Perfeito para quem viaja de carro, é bem localizado e próximo das principais atrações das "Geat Smoky Montains"."

"A estadia foi boa. Café da manhã muito bom. Funcionários solícitos. Voltaremos em breve "

"The entire day, the staff was around cleaning and checking on us to make sure we were doing okay. Frankie (the onsite manager) is just an all around good person and you'll enjoy meeting her. I had an excellent stay and plan to stay again in the future."

"I want my money back"

The bed we thought would not be comfortable, but we slept like rocks. Coffee in the rooms is good, just wish they stocked creamer in the rooms. The owner did tell us to take some to our room from the office. We were leaving before the office was open. 5 stars from us and would highly recommend. The creek...
