"Heating system not working while being at -3 degree and the house isolation system is not efficient for winter, from the doors and windows you can feel the cold wind coming in. PLUS we had a plague of mosquitoes so we had terrible nights, mosquitoes in all the house.. We had to pay extra for towels and bed sheets.. "Location was ok for city centre. Apartment was on ground florr next to busy road and buildings front door that slammed shut everytime someone entered/exited which was often. No English instructions for appliances (heating/oven) and vendor didn't answer messages when we enquired about them."
