In the morning, a short walk brings you directly to the water. Later in the day, the cafés and beach restaurants create a lively yet relaxed atmosphere, while the center of Cannes remains only minutes away.

Set within a secure residence facing the beach, this modern 45m² apartment provides a calm retreat after a day along the coast.

The living room offers a comfortable sofa bed and flat-screen TV, creating a pleasant space to relax. The adjoining kitchen is equipped for simple meals or breakfast before heading out toward the sea.

A separate bedroom with a double bed provides a quiet sleeping area, while the bathroom includes a shower and WC.

Located on the third floor with elevator access, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests, ideal for both business stays and seaside holidays in Cannes.

At UPSTAYS, we believe in a balance between freedom and respect for the apartment, for the teams who prepare it, and for the neighborhood that surrounds it.

Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening.

Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees.

Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.

If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.

Before leaving, we ask you to:
- Empty the refrigerator
- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher
- Take out the trash

Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.

Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.

For the comfort of all:
Smoking inside will result in a €100 charge
Parties or excessive noise will result in a €200 charge
