La Croisette - One Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4
We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Cannes, this charming air-conditioned flat, entirely renovated in 2022, with a surface of 49 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 30 m², an open plan fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room. Wifi (fibre optic), towels and bed linen included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 30 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200) and storage space
- A shower room with shower and WC.
Outside :
- A north-west facing balcony, measuring 1.5×3 with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
The flat is ideally located in Cannes, in a very pleasant environment only 150 metres from the train station, ideal for getting around. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
Cannes is a seaside town on the Côte d'Azur which is full of both tourist and typical activities. We suggest you stroll along the coast to enjoy the beautiful views and the mildness of Provence. If you are eager for sensations, many nautical activities are proposed on the beaches of the region: jetski, parasailing, paddle... If you are looking for more authenticity, go to the Vieux Port to take a boat trip to the Lérins Islands. And of course, what would Cannes be without its lively nightlife, restaurants, atmospheric bars, casinos, lush hotels and shops just a few steps from the flat.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park near the flat in free and paid car parks.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Palmbus network
- Trans Côte d'Azur shuttle to St Tropez.
- Boat to the Iles de Lérins in the direction of Saint-Tropez (crossing time: 15 minutes).
- Nearest train station: Cannes train station located at about 2 minutes walk.
- Nearest airport: Nice airport located at about 30 minutes by car.
Other remarks:
- Bed linen and towels are included.
- Free Wifi available (fibre optic).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
