This spectacular holiday home in the quiet natural setting of the countryside north-east of Malaga features the most idyllic spot where to relax and unwind. As soon as you enter the property, you’ll start soaking up the rural atmosphere, mixed with modern and vintage finishing touches. This way, you have the chance to get away from the hustle and bustle and not give up the modern-day comforts you’re used to.

The light-filled, one-storey indoor is provided with enough space for up to 10 people to spend some unforgettable holidays here. It features a cosy dining-living room with a comfortable sofa and a picturesque wooden dining table, as well as a design fireplace integrated into the main wall of the room; where you will share some mouth-watering meals and take power naps. The spacious, fully equipped independent kitchen, on the other side, is the place where your creativity will be tested, as here you can let your inner chef take control and create delicious specialities. The bedrooms of the villa are all decorated with wooden-beam ceilings, rustic decoration and furnished with one double bed each. As the cherry on the pie, the villa also has five bathrooms with shower. Underfloor heating and warm/cool air-con are provided throughout the villa.

The outdoor area definitely lives up to the expectations one may have after visiting the indoor. In fact, on the outside, you will find various dreamlike spots where to enjoy yourself. A light-coloured, wooden-beam cover shades a split-level chill-out area, the dining table and part of the private pool from the sun. A covered BBQ provides an excellent option to prepare your meals, whereas the sun loungers and outdoor beds let you rejoice in the staggering views while lying down and sunbathing. Speaking of the views, the location of the villa on a hilltop guarantees panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and the Viñuela Lake on the horizon. A huge outdoor shower and a perfectly maintained garden with Mediterranean vegetation add a special touch to the whole.

You can ask for the swimming pool to be heated, at an extra cost of €150/week. Depending on the outdoor temperature, the water of the swimming pool can reach the temperature of 25-28ºC.

The building facing the pool is the storage room of the owner, where pool maintenance tools are kept. Therefore, you and your family will have exclusive use of the property, both in and outside.

The access to the villa is made possible by a 900 mt-long unpaved lane.
