The house is laid out on one floor. It features a living room with a 42” TV (with smart TV and Prime Video) and another in one of the bedrooms. There is a separate kitchen equipped with everything necessary for guests, including a wine cooler, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, Italian coffee machine, and electric coffee maker. The property has three bedrooms, with two double beds and two single beds. Additionally, there is a complete bathroom with a shower.

In the outdoor area, you can relax on the covered porch, enjoy the built-in barbecue with sink and gas stove with paella pan, and dine in the outdoor dining area or take a refreshing dip in the pool and sunbathe on one of the loungers located next to it.

A crib and high chair are available upon request.

The house offers various games for guests' entertainment, including a plastic-tip dartboard, Spanish playing cards, UNO card deck, Monopoly, dominoes, and chess.

The property is fully fenced to ensure guests' safety, and privacy is maximized as it is situated on a very seldom-traveled lane with no other houses nearby.

The access lane is unpaved, characterized by curves and slopes typical of the mountainous area where the house is located, yet it is easily accessible.
