This was a great stay for us! The hot tub worked and was clean, everything is as described in the listing, and only about 20 mins from downtown Asheville- perfect location to be away but still close enough to do things. We had an awesome weekend.

The inside was spacious and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the snacks that were provided. We didnt realize it was so close to the road and other houses, but it didn't really impact the stay. The host communicated well.

Beautiful Bluebird Cottage!

Extremely happy with the experience, Lisa and her management group was extremely attentive and had the property in perfect condition upon our arrival. The hot tub worked great, the parking was good, and is a relatively short drive away from the Biltmore House and downtown Asheville. Any questions I had were answered within 5 minutes, and was always kind and understanding. 10 out of 10 stars, would recommend to anyone traveling throughout the area wanting to get a cozy getaway.

Cute and cozy

All in all a great stay. Had a little check in mishap but was fixed after about 30 minutes. Door code was wrong and a checkin on a sunday afternoon proved difficult to connect but they handled it well. Hot tub was splendid and it was the perfect location for us as we had family to the south and asheville to the north

We Loved It!

What a perfect place! Very clean with "at home" touches. The thoughtfulness and care in how the cottage was designed and amenities provided were fantastic. Easy drive to Asheville, yet a place far enough removed with a serene setting to relax.

Peaceful with mountain views

Pulling up to this location, we were surprised the home was a trailer. The pictures do not emphasize this. However, it's beautiful inside and out. It's obviously newly updated, and someone must have been inspired by HGTV's Chip and Joanna Gaines. The hot tub overlooks the Smokies, and if you're lucky, you may see the neighbor's horses frolicking in the field. The home may be located on a highway, but it's a dead end so there's basically no traffic. The home is driving distance from the Biltmore, and not too far away from waterfalls in Pisgah National Forest. If you love shopping, there are outlet malls nearby. We loved our stay.

4/5 stars for cleanliness

Location was only 20 minutes outside of Asheville which was great. By looking at the pictures you wouldn’t know that you’d have a few neighbors. Thankfully the deck with the hot tub was on the opposite side of the 3 neighbors so you still felt like you had privacy. There was also a nice bonfire area & plenty of yard to set up our cornhole boards. We had issues with the plumbing in one bathroom & the property manger/owner responded quickly which was appreciated. Overall we had a nice stay.

Great family girls trip!

This was a peaceful place to spend a weekend away. Great location for food and shopping while feeling tucked away at night. The highlight of the place is the front porch, especially when the horses and baby colt across the street are out! The owners were prompt to respond and are doing a lot of work to make the place nice.

Great family weekend

20-30 minute drive to the places we wanted to visit. Spent one Day at the Biltmore estate and then relaxed in the hot tub in the evening. Went for a picnic lunch at Pearson falls the next day. So much to do in the area definitely could have spent a whole week.

Cozy hottub

The house was perfect for us. Two couples with no kids just looking to explore Asheville a little. Since Asheville Covid curfew kicks in at 10 pm we decided to spend the nights in the hot tub. It looks like it might fit 4 adults. It will. But you better be comfortable touching those people that are with you. Once the lid is off you have about one hour of warmth in the winter months. Although the house looks like a a single wide trailer, it is actually really nice inside. It was clean inside except someone during a previous stay had left a dirty thong thong thong thong thong. Other than that the place is great. We always had a great response time to resolve any of the necessary issues when communicating with the owner. Oh and ready the book first thing. There is some instructions for the hottub in there that are handy to know the first day.

Beautiful views in a quiet area

First off, this was the cleanest house I've ever stayed in. It even smelled like new construction (in the best possible way). Decorated tastefully too. The hot tub was perfect. There is hiking nearby, but we went to some trails about an hour away. Asheville is close, but there weren't many ride share cars availabe, but that could be due to covid. I have only one comment. There weren't enough towels! There were 3 adults and 2 towel sets. Though, the host is wonderful and probably would have brought more towels if we asked.
