"Host was helpful in getting in house. There was a hole in basement floor and basement door would not shut all the way which is not real secure .It was very cold and drafty in base bedroom/ karaoke room.Loose rocks on the outdoor fire place that is a safety issue. I feel like it was ok. We enjoyed our time as a family. Just feel like it’s not worth almost 400a night total."

"We had such a wonderful stay at this cottage! It is comfortable and has everything we needed to relax and enjoy our family time together. The property & area is quiet and a nice place to unwind. Convenient short drive to Mars Hill university. We felt right at home and would definitely love to come back again!"

"Cute tiny home that feels like a small motel room but not in a motel. Nice house like feeling inside, but could have benefited from a “spring cleaning”. Unfortunately, the wifi and tv connection didn’t work more than 5mins at a time during our stay. The location is near other older properties but we felt safe in the neighborhood and it was super quiet overnight. Close driving distance to downtown Hendersonville. "
