"We had to add our dogs last min and the host was great at communicating. Great place for pets. If you have large dogs the fenced area behind the house is to small but overall great place for your fur babies."

"Awesome set up for a short term or long term stay. We stayed for 10 nights and the kitchen, bath and bedroom set up was ideal. Washer and dryer also made it extremely convenient. We will certainly be booking with these hosts again. Thanks for the great experience!"

"Host greeted us when we arrived - very nice welcome! Gave us quick tour of basement apartment. Lots of room and huge bedrooms. Bedrooms are on opposite ends so have more privacy. Little things and conveniences included that made stay nice. Host was responsive and helpful. Location/area was great. Would definitely stay here again. "

"I stayed here 4 nights with my dog and this place is excellent value for money! Communication with host was prompt and helpful. The place was really cute, a good mix of updated and traditional. It was very clean, well equipped and super convenient for all the restaurants, shops and galleries in downtown Black Mountain. As the hosts mention in the description, this IS an old building and as such, the apartment is not perfect inside and you can sometimes hear neighbors, but the reasonable price...
