"Guests included Gma, Gpa, 38 year old Son and two grandsons 8 and 4. We were there to visit 82 year old grand parents. The location was beautiful and close to everything. The multi level layout was a bit more than our health challenged guests anticipated. Gma and great grands could not maneuver all of the stairs down to the dock. "This cabin had ample room for 4 couples. Bedrooms were adequate, the common areas spacious. (The entire house was super clean and all appliances nearly new.) However, we spent most of our time outdoors enjoying the wonderful location overlooking the lake! The deck was perfect for meals, down by the dock fun for "happy hour", and the fire pit perfect for afternoon reading and evening fires. We enjoyed the kayaks and rowboat provided. The host was pleasant and available to answer questions...

"Beautiful home with wide open garage with easy access. Home was just perfect for our family. My girls loved the room with twin beds and my husband and I appreciated the king master bedroom. Not much for a yard but we didn’t care about that. Easy access to highway, Dunkin and grocery stores. New Hampton is a beautiful town! Thanks for sharing your home with us!"

"The house was perfect for our party of 16 people. We brought air mattresses to be on the safe side but did not need them. There was a bed for every body. 8 adults 8 kids. Plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen, dinning and living room configuration was the best. Lots of space to all be together. The house was immaculate and there are plenty of linens. "Our family of 5 came up for Spring Break to enjoy alittle bit of skiing and visit family who live locally. Had a great time here, house was clean and had all Amenities needed. 20 min from skiing so we were able to go almost everyday even for just a few hours since it was so close by. Cooked most the meals there good supply of pots and pans and utensils."

The house is huge, clean, provides every amenity imaginable and the deck and waterfront setting was ideal for a family gathering. We enjoyed having plenty of room to cook and eat together, sit out on the deck and converse and ended each evening around the fire pit with s'mores!
