Villa Asteria directly on the beach

The 200 sqm villa was restored in 2014, is located in a unique and very convenient location on the seafront of Marina di Campo 5 minutes walk from the town center.

The strong point of Villa Asteria is certainly its proximity to the golden sandy beach of Marina di Campo, the position is so favorable as to literally allow you to leave the house and dive into the sea. From the terrace you can enjoy an enchanting view of the gulf of Marina di Campo. Having dinner and resting with such a view is a unique experience, from which it will be difficult to detach yourself.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.
The property is not isolated, but is located in a lively residential area and close to other homes, ensuring safety and convenience.

Surrounded by large outdoor spaces, the structure is on two floors.
The ground floor consists of: a large kitchen with dining room, living room with windows overlooking the sea leading to verandas equipped for eating and relaxation, a double bedroom with third bed, bathroom with shower.
The first floor can be accessed by an internal staircase and consists of: a double bedroom with the possibility of adding a third bed and a second double bedroom, from both you can access the balcony with panoramic sea view, a bathroom with shower; always on the first floor there is a third attic double bedroom with private bathroom and air conditioning.
In winter the house is heated with a pellet stove ( the pellete is not provided, clients must buy it independently).

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under 25 years of age are not permitted
- check-in from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 9.00 am; fee for late check-in after 8.00 pm € 50.00
- Small/Medium size Animals allowed with a fee of € 30 on the spot
- deposit (mandatory): 1000.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after check the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels not included: it can be added at a cost of 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking) or it can be brought from home; not bookable on site
