Marina di Campo is a lively town, with all the services and all the conveniences of a small town: supermarket, delicatessens, bakeries, excellent ice cream parlors, bars of all kinds, restaurants and pizzerias for all tastes, pharmacy and parapharmacy, shops and boutiques , newsstands, bookshops and much more. All this is just a stone's throw from the seafront which is closed to traffic in the evening and becomes a walk among stalls selling artisanal products.
And then there is the beach: a kilometer and a half of white sand that slopes gently into the crystal clear sea, perfect for everyone, even for the youngest children who can play safely in the shallow water. Along the entire length of the beach there are numerous establishments and blue points, but also numerous stretches of free beach.

Gardenia two-room apartment is located in the center of Marina di Campo, on the ground floor of a three-family house with garden, in a very convenient position for those who want to forget about the car on holiday and reach both the beach and the main street of the town on foot.

Gardenia consists of a large living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchenette equipped with an induction hob, washing machine and dishwasher. From here you access the double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

An important part of the structure is the garden of the villa: upon leaving the apartment you will have a space equipped with table, chairs and umbrella completely reserved for you, here you can enjoy an outdoor lunch or dinner.
