The apartment is located in the center of the town of Seccheto, a small but pretty tourist resort. The town beach, located about 300 meters from the apartments, of fine white sand, is 130 meters long with a sandy bottom and particularly crystal clear water. On the left there are smooth and suggestive granite cliffs, where natural pools suitable for children are formed.

On the beach there is a bathhouse and a small marina suitable for mooring small boats. Only a few kilometers from the town are the beautiful sea beds of Cavoli and Fetovaia, the most popular beaches on the island. On this wonderful west coast of Elba we have three nice apartments, close to all the essential shops, bars and restaurants.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and “codice fiscale”, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data.

Apartment with independent entrance, consisting of living area with equipped kitchenette. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together, and a double sofa bed in the kitchen. At guests' disposal bathroom with shower, closet and a large terrace overlooking the sea equipped with outdoor table and chairs.

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under 21 years of age are not allowed
- check-in in our office from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- we remind customers that only regularly registered people can stay in the house
