Cottage located in the heart of the hamlet of Pila, a beloved and quiet hamlet particularly appreciated for its natural beauty and the convenience of reaching the town center from a flat path that can be traveled by bicycle.

Although it is not a large location, it is a point of interest for those looking for a quieter and more authentic experience, away from the chaos of the more crowded tourist areas. The hamlet is surrounded by nature, with panoramic views of the hills and the sea, and is close to Marina di Campo, which is a better known and lively location.

Small villa - 3/4 beds
The property is accessed from an independent entrance on a raised ground floor and is arranged on a single floor for about 70 square meters, it has been recently renovated maintaining the warmth of the Tuscan rustic with more modern furniture. The living area consists of a relaxation corner with fireplace and double sofa bed with a pull-out bed base, an arch separates it from the kitchen equipped with oven and double sink. First terrace. Double bedroom and bathroom with shower and bidet. Single bedroom with second terrace. A wooden corner staircase leads to the attic which is not for guests' use.

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not allowed

- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid

- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
