Marina di Campo is a lively town, with all the services and conveniences of a small town: supermarket, delicatessens, bakeries, excellent ice cream parlors, bars of all kinds, restaurants and pizzerias for all tastes, pharmacy and parapharmacy, shops and boutiques , newsstands, bookshops and much more. All this is just a stone's throw from the seafront which is closed to traffic in the evening and becomes a walk among stalls selling artisanal products.
And then there is the beach: a kilometer and a half of white sand that slopes gently into the crystal clear sea, perfect for everyone, even for the youngest children who can play safely in the shallow water. Along the entire length of the beach there are numerous establishments and blue points, but also numerous stretches of free beach.
Marina di Campo is the only place on the whole island where you can have all this within walking distance.
Casa Mati is located a few hundred meters from the center and the beach of Marina di Campo, on the second floor of a building with a lift behind the pedestrian street.
Casa Mati is a three-room apartment consisting of a large living room with double sofa bed and open kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. From the living room, which is equipped with air conditioning, there is access to a balcony equipped with a solar awning and equipped with table and chairs
The house is completed by a double bedroom with air conditioning, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
