The Capannili apartments are part of a farmhouse dating back to the mid-1800s which has been renovated preserving the original features. The structure offers three real estate units, one of which occupied by the owners, all spread over 2 floors. Located near the town of La Pila, in the open
countryside, about 2 km, both from Procchio and from Marina di Campo in the area equidistant from the most beautiful sandy beaches, one in the south and the other in the north.

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 0565963006. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Campo or Portoferraio .
The apartment has a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed on the ground floor, double bedroom (with air conditioning), bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom with shower upstairs. The living area is connected to the sleeping area via an internal spiral staircase. Outside there is a reserved space with table and chairs for dining, umbrella and 2 deck chairs for relaxing.
The apartment is equipped with 1 camping cot for children under 3 years old.
The washing machine and barbecue are shared with the other apartments.

Important Notes:
- minimum age for check-in 21 years
- The rental of the apartments must take place for a maximum of 6 people in the three-room apartment
- It is allowed to rent to people with pets of any size, on request with a supplement of 30 €
- Deposit (mandatory): 150 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
