"We had a relaxing (Mother's Day) weekend stay in the private studio suite at Eric's beautiful home. We were in the area for my cousin's wedding weekend - in both downtown Los Gatos on Friday and at lovely Saratoga Springs for the wedding. Easy access to both events and close enough to shoot over Hwy 17 to have breakfast and browse before the wedding on Saturday. "The property was clean and easily accessible. We stayed in the part of the property that was in the basement. We had access to washer machine and dryer, fridge and microwave all which worked well. We did experience difficulty with temperature regulation with the air conditioner and needed linen for the sofa coach, which we went out and purchased on our own."

"The space was smaller then we expected, the kitchen and bathroom were oversized in comparison to the living and bedroom space. There is a giant water heater in the bedroom which made me slightly paranoid about gas leaks in a sleeping area so I had to inspect it to ensure it was properly vented. The furniture was really uncomfortable and the bed was really top 5 worst beds with the very flat pillows. If that could be improved it would have worked great for the price point.
