"the place is in need of renovation. The communication with the bost was non-existing. Never answered my messages. The AC unit does not work properly, makes a lot of noise to the point of not letting us sleep. Washer and dryer are filthy, we could use, they are in terrible shape. Very disappointed!"

"Flew in from East coast for wedding. Campbell was a perfect location for all the planned wedding activities from CupertinoSaratogaLos Gatos SanJose airport Santa Cruz beaches and boardwalk. We believe we were the first guests and the house was a show house. Basic ammenities but comfortable and safe for me and my 4 daughters 2430yo. Communication with Will was timely and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay."

"It was absolutely perfect! We were excited to discover every room was tastefully decorated for Christmas, including a full size tree in the living room. It's such a cozy, inviting space already so the added warmth of the holiday decor and twinkly lights just knocked it out of the park. It was supposed to be a one-time stay but we're already discussing turning it into an annual trip because it was such a romantic and relaxing experience.
