There are two main bedrooms with high quality queen mattresses, beddings, closets, night stands and a 50in TV in a master bedroom. *There is a Loft( small bonus room) could convert to a third bedroom with a pull out European lounger that converts to a full size bed.*
Also provided a queen size air mattress. This Charming Home is almost 1100 square feet and is beautifully renovated throughout with modern furnishings ready to welcome guests.

A relaxing living room with a small wine bar, 65 inch TV with Netflix and a comfortable sofa and a lovely love seat to watch a movie. A desk with charging station for work.

Two full modern bathrooms with showers, freshly bath towels, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, q-tips, hair dryer.

Modern decorated dining area with a new dining table set for gatherings. Please feel free to enjoy our kitchen to prepare a gourmet meal, as we have provided the following amenities for you: stove top oven, microwave, refrigerator, rice cooker, blender, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glassware, salt, sugar, pepper, snacks, waters, and a dishwasher.

The property has private fenced enclosed front yard and backyard for your privacy, also has a patio set and a barbecue gas grill to enjoy the beautiful weather. The entire main house, private front yard and backyard are available for you for the duration of your stay. There is a cottage that is not part of your rental and it is totally separated from the main house with separate fenced.

There are exterior security cameras and ring doorbell outside the property. No cameras indoors.

We are just a few blocks away from the house, and will be available for any questions or concerns. We do check in periodically to ensure everything is going well for your stay. We treat our guests with respect, privacy, and try our best to communicate with you as much as possible. We make sure our place is thoroughly cleaned, provide freshly washed sheets, pillow cases, mattress covers for your stay. As a host, we would like to make sure our guests feel at home, safe and experience a pleasant stay.

We reserved one parking space for our guests in our shared driveway ( our driveway is a little steep so please drive in or backup slowly ) if you have more than one car you can also park on the street on the side of the house.

We will contact you prior your arrival to provide you with check in information, including a passcode to enter the house and a WiFi password for internet access.
There are cameras outside of the property and ring doorbells.

Only registered guests will be allowed stay at the property. Guests that is NOT on the reservation are not allowed to stay in the property.
Maximum Capacity is five (5)people at all time in the property.
NO SMOKING of any kind inside the house or in the backyard.
No Pets allowed. ( violated this rule will result a fine for extra cleaning)
Please do NOT engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property( any suspicious activities will be reported to police and asked to leave the property immediately)
Quiet hours are between 9:30pm to 8:00am.
Guests understand and accept that there are security cameras outside of the property.
By completing a reservation through VRBO you agree to stay at our property on your own risk. You agree not to hold the homeowner liable for any injury that may occur while on the premises, and the owner is not responsible for any lost or damage to your personal items. You agree to release and waive the property owner and to not sue the owner, their staff or employees from any and all demands or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury while on the premises.
