"This was the worst property that I stayed at in Three Rivers. I was so dirty that we did not feel comfortable staying at the location. The owner acknowledged that the property was not clean. But then also had a reason for everything every pic I sent of things not properly being cleaned. In the end cleanliness was 100% my issue compared to what I paid. "The ranch was very nice, it is very close to the town in a peaceful, well kept location. Amy the host was very communicative and made sure we knew what was going on at the ranch so there was no surprises. Our son loved the horses and my husband loved the airforce practicing drills in the valley overhead. "The view is beautiful and perfect way to start the day. The road isn’t paved so just be advised. I grew up in this area so I was prepared, but at night it is definitely dark and steep. The house was cozy and comfortable. This is our second stay and would for sure stay again, the front porch is massive and perfect for large groups and families. Thank you for great communication and a nice quick trip."
