"It seems in the past it might used to the be good, looking at the infra. We arrived and there was no one at the check in - it was closed. Thee was a nunber to be called, but no one answered. Finally, I found an on-site worker who knew someone ( not the person at the sign ) that could help me. A very nice old lady who did hsr best but could barely find the key. Finally, having found the key, we went to the room. Besides the bed, that was nice, everything else was serioulsy dirty, I mean, DIRTY....

"This is probably one of the coolest and most unique places ive stayed. The ammenities were great (comfy bed, shower products, stocked kitchen and appliances) And the grounds are beautiful. Also a spacious deck with a hot tub and fire pit, a path down to a sauna, & a gorgeous swimming area in the river etc. This is a fun get away destination that is remote- a perfect place to unplug to the world and reconnect with yourself and nature."

"The property was decorated with mid century cabin charm inside and outside the garden area had distinct seating spaces to enjoy whether you wanted to dine alfresco, take a siesta in the hammock or chill on the patio listening to the river flow. All the amenities were high quality and plentiful. I wish we could have the bed shipped home it was so comfortable. I would stay there again without hesitation. "

"This property checked all the boxes for us- a great landing spot after visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon. The property is modern and clean. "We love Kernville for the biking and rafting and small town feel. The house was well located within a mile of town and was super clean. Plenty of room for 5 guys. We enjoyed hanging in the backyard too. Highly recommend "
