When we returned to the hotel at 3 pm and found the room unserviced we called the front desk only to be told that the crew had already “left for the day.” To their credit when we returned that night the room was cleaned. But the experience was to say the least not consistent with expectations. "

"The staff was very friendly and my room was nice. The hotel was quiet for being very busy, which was nice. The heater in my room was not working properly. There was an electrical burning smell when I turned it on, which was strange. I tried the regular fan setting and it seemed to work fine. The breakfast selection was lacking and the hot food was not great. This was surprising since I've had really good experiences at Country Inn and Suites locations. "
