🏠 The apartment is spacious and welcoming, perfect for a family holiday or a stay with friends. It features a large living room with a double sofa bed, dining area, and direct access to a lovely terrace 🌿, ideal for relaxing moments outdoors. The kitchen is separate and very well equipped.
The sleeping area includes a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a modern bathroom with shower 🚿. The house is equipped with air conditioning ❄️ for maximum comfort and private parking 🚗.
Please note that to reach the center of Camogli, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and bars, you will need to go down some steps: a walk of about 10 minutes on foot 🚶‍♀️, immersed in the peace and charm of the area.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. For any need, you can contact us via the same channel: we are available every day, from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely, without restrictions.

• Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked
• Basic kitchen kit: dish towel, dish soap, sponge, trash bag
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet rolls per bathroom

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee)

⚠️ CAMOGLI is a charming village with a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) in the “Historic Center.” If you decide to visit Camogli by car 🚗, we recommend checking the access times. In any case, paid parking 🅿️ is available in town where you can leave your car and enjoy your stay worry-free! 😊

👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair upon request for children aged 0 to 2 years
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including linens

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation
• Additional cost: €30 per stay
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged accordingly

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 days
• Children under 15 are exempt
• The tax is not included in the reservation price

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• Please respect the recycling rules
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will be applied

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
