One thing we haven’t been aware, it was that no refrigerator in the room and we couldn’t request one because we've booked the room through a third party. "The property is incredible. The decor, history, ambience, and staff can't be beat. I can't wait to come back and stay again. The room had every amenity imaginable, and was very comfortable. The dedicated parking garage was a great feature and even has chandeliers in it! My only issue wasn't with the hotel, it was trying to drive around the area. I suggest parking you car in the beautiful parking garage for your stay then walk or take public transportation (very convenient). This property...

"I like the spacious room we had. However, since Covid I think housekeeping SHOULD BE DONE DAILY instead of every 3rd day. In our room there was hair(NOT OURS😳) on the toilet and inside the tub, also on the floor. The AC unit had VERY VISIBLE DUST ON THE OUTSIDE 😳😳😳. If we visit the area next year, we might consider going somewhere else because for the money we shouldn’t have our room be like this "
