"My wife and I stayed here for our weekend in DC. The place was about 20 minutes from the National Mall depending on traffic and stop lights. It's not the nicest part of DC but it's not terrible. Check in was pretty smooth except we didn't have a keypad code on the app so we had to message the host, but he responded quickly and we were able to get in the house easily. The place was just as expected. It was clean and a good place to stay for the price. The only thing we found odd was the bathroom...

"Just a couple of thing to be brought to your attentii :::1. Place a light in the toilet downstairs. 2. Replace or fix the light blue chair3. Check the hot water. Takes forever and never got really hot.4. Make the furnace is more readly available.Besides those few thing that need to be taken care of. It is totally livable. Would like some history of the house and property. "

"Perfect spot for our family to enjoy Frostburg State University Homecoming weekend. We were able to all relax and have enough space and it allowed our daughter to stay with us and we could have some of her friends over for a meal. The private backyard allowed us to bring a yard game and play that on a beautiful fall evening. Excellent weekend to watch our daughter play rugby on Sunday. Check in and checkout were easy as well."

"We were blessed to stay 5 nights in this absolutely adorable farm house when our cabin in Shenandoah was unavailable due to repairs. I was able to book this house with short notice and it did not disappoint. Even though the weather was less than perfect (rain most days, 45 mph wind gust on Halloween and wind chills that reached below freezing) we still packed in alot in the few days we were there. "Very nice inside, clean, everything worked, chairs and beds were comfortable. Very nice stay.The backyard where we parked is a bit rough looking, and we're glad it didn't rain as walking from the car to the house is over rather thin grass/dirt. I pulled the car around to the front the night we got dressed up and went out. "

"Clean, tidy, apartment in a quiet area. About 20 minutes fast walk to the metro. Bus stops (K2, K6) three to five minutes on foot. I had a problem with the shower curtain - it fell to the floor before anyone touched it. It doesn't change the fact that I recommend this place. The apartment was worth the price I paid."
