Terrace with table and garden chairs. Private parking space in the basement.
Fiber optic internet access. Pets not allowed.
No smoking inside.

*Swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September. No discount will be given if the pool is closed to the public. This decision rests solely with the Condominium Association. Neither the agency nor the owner can be held responsible.

Bed linen and towels are not provided (this service is available for a fee upon request to the agency).
The rental must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available).
An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they consider to be inconsistent or anything our staff may have missed.
If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be conducted by the agency the day before departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a preliminary inventory, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually departed.

Optional services payable on site and to be booked before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning for a 2-room apartment: €55.

- Bed linen (double bed): €20.

- Towels/person/week: €8.

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
