We had a challenge getting our key code to work, but the owner responded quicorrectly, I think the listing noted having a hot tub, but I think there was only a bath tub, so that might need clarified. "I was expecting to walk into a clean rental. The check in process was easy. But once I walked in I quickly noticed the bed was left the same way as the previous renter left it. Dirty sheets. bathroom.and noticed a pile of dirty towels on the floor. The trash was not emptied either. No one has been there for 4 days to clean. This was by far the worst experience I've had with a host on VRBO. when I messaged her the night I arrived,I got no response and still haven't. Do not rent this condo. "
